Not enough dip.
Tried out the new chicken pesto dipper and the new BLT salad, ordering online which was easy and allowed me to use PayPal, threw in the pumpkin cookie because I do like the full seasonal frosted shortbread cookies Panera does. Total came to $27 even after tip.
Requested pickup at 16:15, arrived 10 minutes early, which is good because the order actually was ready at 16:10 and I wanted to waste no time getting home to keep it as warm as possible.
Back home I found everything was neatly packed, which kept it pretty warm though the salad still was strangely cool. Interesting. Though there was not dressing included, but turns out there was just enough. Though the same could not be said about the tomato soup dip for the sandwiches, not even half full. Really needed more.
Salad was packed with bacon, excellent flavor from the green goddess dressing, and the switch I made with tomato for onion was on point. The sandwich was basil central, barely could taste anything else, even though I got double chicken. The soup helped, but because there was not a lot, I ended up with more super pesto sandwich than I did with a lovely dipped one. And the cookie, was, well, ok. I’ve had much better from Panera, I think the frosting on this one was too strong.
Overall, super strong pesto flavored sandwich, not enough tomato dip, acceptable price.

Gave the CP location a second chance. Huge mistake. Last time I ordered on the app for pick up. Got home and an item was missing. Called and was told couldn’t get a refund because I ordered through the app but I could come back a get the item. I was already home and wasn’t going to go back. Today, ordered delivery. Was missing an item. Interestingly, this app order allowed them to give me a refund, which they claim they are giving (I’ll have to wait and see it show up int the CC). They can’t, however, deliver the sandwich they failed to send us. Important to mention, both times when I called they knew exactly what item I was missing before I named it. Get it together, CP. I will not be back.

It saddens me that one of our favorite food company’s has such a terrible restaurant to eat in. There was a mouse under our table that another customer had to inform me was there. The staff simply swept up some of the garbage under the table and kept moving like nothing happened. they didn’t offer us any kind of accommodations or a percentage of our meal off, or even a coupon to come back for another meal. As I’m here right now giving it another chance I cannot tell you how disgustingly dirty everything is here. Not just the floors, but the bathrooms, and the tables as well. I understand that the staff might all be under the age of 25 and learning how to work in this industry but this is completely unacceptable. Either the manager needs to be changed or an entirely new training session needs to happen for the employees. Who and where is the evening manager? They had no bread bowls and we should have been told that when we ordered. The soup was cold there was no cheese on the sandwich that we ordered and they put onions on it instead. None of it was hot and we specifically asked that the bread be warmed up. We will not be returning here again. Dirty restaurant, food that was not prepared correctly. And the loaf of bread that we got instead of the bread bowl was hard as a rock it’s 5: 23pm on a Saturday night, this should not be happening. I apologize but this is brutal honesty.

I spent 40 bucks on my family and got myself a small goddess salad with the excitement for the salad dressing, that’s the WHOLE part!!!! Was a cup of green WATER. literally a cup of liquid, not the green goddess dressing I get in the Glenville OR Niskyuna Panera!!! First time coming to this panera and will not be coming back, yuck! Pickled onions weren’t the same, and some of the salad was wilted/black and brown spots.

The food and the staff were fine. The bathrooms were the most disgusting bathrooms I have been in, in a while. The floor was sticky. The toilets were not clean. The walls and the sink were gross. Generally if your bathrooms are dirty, so is your kitchen. I wish I would have checked the bathrooms out before I ordered.

Great restaurant. Very clean and a great place where you can sit and spend a lot of time. I have sat at this Panera and worked all morning. Food is also great. I really like the simple menu but healthy menu. You can order ahead on the Panera app. The pick up experience is seamless. Highly recommend this place.

I like Panera bread food, especially they salad and cookies. This days you’re lucky if able to purchase a cookie.
Update 2: delivery packaging is horrible and not safe to eat. Contaminated packaging.

Update doing delivery with Panera through door dash is horrible. You can drive to Albany and Schenectady and come back and still didn’t receive your order. It’s horrible

Such a shame that Panera’s seems okay with scamming their customers. I ordered 2 group orders, which means that I should have received 8 sides. Instead, I only received 4 sides – half of the amount of sides that I paid for. So sad that a restaurant I that I have loved since high school is so quick to rob their customers (and, yes, I’m aware that it’s only about $5). Really is a shame. I will definitely be warning my loved ones from ordering from this restaurant – I care too much about my loved ones to hear that they were also scammed from receiving what they paid for.

Great food as usual at Panera. Experience was so so… I arrived at prime lunch hour and there were 2 self serve kiosks down and only 2 working with a line to the front door. It’s really hard to articulate such a large menu by just what’s displayed behind the counter… You are almost rushed by the person behind you if you dont know what you want.. Staff found our table without any problems. Had to remind them about beverages which were on my order but were not on the tray when delivered.
