We dropped off our car for an oil change nearby and stopped in here while we waited. The staff was very friendly, and the space is spacious and comfortable. They offer different roast options (light, medium, and dark), which was nice. A great spot to relax while waiting.

The food was great, and the location was convenient. The staff was attentive and always cleaning. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and a product was short, but the team on site the Sunday evening was quick with a solution, and that made it even a better experience. I will visit again when I am in the area.

Sandwiches I’ve gotten from this location were prepared better than most of the other Panera’s that I have visited recently. Ordered via mobile app for Rapid Pick-up inside. Some days it was quick and some days you’re waiting for a while to get your order, even if the app states that the order is ready for pickup. Dining area is a bit smaller and congested compared to most other Panera locations. Overall, ok experience with this location.

Food was yummy! Nothing especially great about any of the food but also nothing to complain about. We got the family meal and shared it with a few of us which is a great value. I wish I would have tried one of their cookies because I’ve heard that they are amazing too. Soup salad and sandwich were all great!

I know they are very busy. But they often make mistakes. Didn’t put in utensil or side menu. I ordered three salads, but when I came home, there was not a single dressing. Another day, there was chicken salad without chicken. Before you pick up, make sure everything is perfect.

My family and I enjoy visiting Panera Bread , we have been doing it for years because we love their broccoli cheese soup.
We had lunch at the panera bread at the Broadway Plaza, Hicksville, NY. and sorry to say but it was very disappointing to see the reduction in the proportion of our orders. The soups were watery, tasted blend. Not the normal tick and full of flavor soup.
The bread piece that comes with the soup is half the side there.
Another bad experience was the terrible smell in the sitting area, we could not eat indoors, it’s not so bad having lunch in our car. A sad and disappointing experience with this local Panera Bread.

Would give zero stars if possible. Found a bug in my soup in 30 degree weather so climate isn’t an issue. Disgusting hygienic practices. Will be taking it up with corporate.

I went to store to pick up coffee today – September 18,2025. There was no coffee in the pot, No creamer. staff was nasty and no help. The short young lady was nasty when I ask her to help me with creamer. End up getting no coffee. Will not visit ever again.
