I love Panera but this location continues to forget parts of my order or just messes up the order. Today I got a plain pizza instead of the sausage and pepperoni I ordered. They got the pepperoni order fine. But they also missed one of my sandwiches. Not sure what is going on there but there needs to be some check and balance of what coming out of the kitchen.

I used to like Panera. Look at this cheddar and steak sandwich for $12. Give me a break! They didn’t even have lettuce to put on the sandwich. I got this pathetic mostly bread sandwich, a cookie and a coffee for $20. I won’t be back here anytime soon.

First time at Panera ever. Friendly counter person didn’t rush me to order. Four soup selections. Had my order of small soup and half sandwich to-stay. Very glad to see real utensils provided instead of plastic. An oval melamine platter accommodated my half sandwich and soup bowl, no food tray needed. Much less waste and better for the planet. I didn’t need to use the restroom and don’t know it’s condition. Nice, will go again.
