I decided to use a deal I had with Panera and try out their newest croissant/bread combo sandwich. I opted for the cheese one. I also got a coffee. I have grown to enjoy Panera. The food is decent or really good, the cheese croissant sandwich was great. Lots of veggies, sandwiched in between bread and cheese. The coffee is good too. I belong to the sip club which is a great deal unlimited coffee, tea or anything from their fountain all day and you can get a new drink every two or three hours. My mom used to love Panera. She passed away in 2017 so now my dad and I eat at a panera location once in awhile and we make new memories and think of my mom.

In what stretch of the imagination would it be ok to serve people rotten food? The real question here is, who would have the audacity to slice that avocado up and place it on a sandwich!! Absolutely a sin to pick up your $50 order, drive home and find this! I’m disgusted with this Bellmore Panera location. Get some proper management.

$9 for watered down soup and if they’re out of bread they don’t tell you, they just give you your bag with chips and pray you don’t complain and if you do… oh well it’s too late for you. And if they do have bread and you ask for more, no you have to see the cashier. NINE DOLLARS for heavily watered down soup and they won’t give you one tiny piece of extra bread. As they’re about to close and will probably throw it away anyway. Absolutely killer customer service

Clean, quiet cafe. The back room didn’t have speakers so you could sit and think in silence or have a conversation without yelling. Wifi throughout and I noticed multiple times workers coming by ensuring everyone was taken care of. Lovely space for doing work or having a quick bite with friends.

awful customer service. you could stand at the pickup counter for 10 mins and the kitchen worker will not even acknowledge that you exist. when you put in for the “rapid pick up” the order is never there. my order sat there behind the pickup counter. they never have enough employees working, and no one communicates. i had to interrupt the person at the register who was actually working to walk over and hand me my order which shouldnt happen. more training and managers on the floor are needed here as i always have the same problem with pickup orders. a simple, “are you waiting for something?” would suffice. at least pretend you care about customers. its really not that difficult. i expect more from a chain. very disappointing for something that should be easy. have it delivered or send in someone else to deal with these employees.

Usually have a good experience here, but my last order was a disappointment. Ordered via mobile app for “Rapid Pick-up” and used a deal offer for one of the new item on the menu. Several minutes later, I got the notification that my order was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the restaurant, my order was not at the in-cafe rapid pickup location. Staff were busy helping customers waiting in line and taking their orders. I waited and about 3-4 minutes later, another staff brought out more orders for the in-cafe pickup location. My order was one of them. Took my order and went home to (hopefully) enjoy my meal. Upon opening and observing my sandwich, I was not satisfied with the skimpy sandwich that I received. It had only 2 small slices of chicken per half sandwich and not much more of the toppings I requested. This was not worth the “deal” price of ~$7 for a skimpy sandwich, and definitely not worth it at regular price of ~$14.

Panera Bread at this location is very quaint and clean. I came here with my boyfriend and we were talking about how we can study or just chill here for the day. The food is very healthy compared to other food chains. The bread bowl and the mac and cheese is super filling but the price for a large mac and cheese is a bit much. The avocado, cilantro and the tomatoes is an interesting touch to mac and cheese and something I have never seen. Mac and cheese tends to be just carbs and adding more vegetables made it more delectable. I love the sourdough with the ten vegetables soup, it was very hearty and a little salty but still very yummy. I didn’t know panera bread had their own chips but I loved it when I tried it. It was very crispy and crunchy, without it being it too salty.

Two levels make this Panera unique – otherwise it’s the basic Panera fare. Service is always friendly, tables clean, usually busy even before closing. Grilled cheese + tomato soup is great with a peach-blueberry smoothie.. And can’t forget those lemon drop cookies!! So good.

Got wrong food and someone else’s receipts and we just let it be but won’t go back to that place. Its a bit expensive for what they offer. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
