I paid almost $30 for a tiny sandwich with some lobster and one tiny apple on a side. And the sandwich bread was not fresh. It looked like a 50c hotdog bun. I’m disappointed. And it took them 15 min to prepare that lobster where there are three ingredients only, lobster from a refrigerator, an old bun and an apple

At our favorite Panera’s, we met Nick for the first time. Nick took our order and I must write that he is an exceptional individual, which is a lot to say for someone taking an order. His attitude, friendliness and dedication stood out. Kudos to Michael, the manager, for establishing an environment where his employees and the atmosphere they help create never fails to impress.

Had a difficult time finding a semi clean table to dine on. A few of them had dirty dishes left on them. The other tables clearly needed to be wiped down from previous diners. The hour spent here these dishes were still there when I left. During a pandemic I expected better from the staff. Not likely to return to this location.

Safe to say I will never be eating Panera again. Back in 2020 I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning from the chicken Cesar salad. The reason I know it was food poisoning was because of my friend I went with who also had the salad also got sick. Fast forward three years, I work at one of the places in the same shopping center so I decided to go Panera for my lunch break. Here I am again sitting at home with food poisoning. I gave myself a year after the first time but I should’ve never gone back. If you’re gonna eat here don’t eat the chicken.
