This Panera is the best Panera on Long Island, hands down. What really sets this location apart from the others is the staff–the manager, assistant managers, and all employees display considerable professionalism and caring on a level that is rarely seen in this business. I love coming here and having a great experience all the time. Honestly, the only downside is the one issue beyond their control–the prices. If the corporate part reduced the prices of everything, without sacrificing quantity and quality, this place would surpass five stars for a business such as this.

Very disappointed in this Panera. I order from here often and always order the Green Goddess Salad (which I think is overpriced to begin with) and ask for dressing. Each time I have received containers with the dressing however the containers aren’t even filled a decent amount. If you look at the picture you will see that there is just enough to coat the bottom of the container. This was for both containers of dressing. Both containers combined is not even equivalent to one entire container of dressing. It’s not even enough to cover the surface of my salad. There’s also expired/rotten tomatoes throughout the salad. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay a lot of money just to get shorted out on what you paid for as well as not have fresh ingredients to eat! Panera in west babylon, PLEASE DO BETTER! This is unacceptable for the amount you charge for your food.

The restaurant is always pretty clean and with minimal wall decore. The menu has changed with many items discountinued as others are added. I had a philly cheesesteak that on its own is pretty good to my surprise. I had with a french bagette vs the regular bread it comes with. Check it out for yourself.

Had a difficult time finding a semi clean table to dine on. A few of them had dirty dishes left on them. The other tables clearly needed to be wiped down from previous diners. The hour spent here these dishes were still there when I left. During a pandemic I expected better from the staff. Not likely to return to this location.

Wow wow panera!! Been coming to this restaurant for some time now and I gotta say it is really good, but I feel like they can make it a little bit better! As somebody who loves warm cookies, The ones on the stand are cold! Not to worry because you can ask the people who give you the food to warm it up either in the microwave or the oven!! Thats my favorite part!! What part that I don’t like about it is some days the soup is really cold.

I really like how this place is set up! Really good food. Very fair pricing. Friendly service. Always enjoy going here for a work meeting, lunch, or dinner with my family. They have a private area if you want to hold a meeting or a private party. Enjoy your good eating and atmosphere here along with a great staff!

Atmosphere was very uninviting. The girl Jazz making the food was VERY rude and condescending towards her peers as well. Would not recomend this locacation evil evil energy. Never again. Do better panera do better.

I am glad to hear that Panera has taken the time to adjust their pricing and on occasion offer specials. Please note their food is fresh and different and flavorful. My only complaint at this time is their main room is freezing cold. If you need to cool down Panera is somewhat like a refrigerator. They do have two other rooms that are warmer.
Please note I am there every week and we are 5 in our group. Others like this facility which is in Lindenhurst on Montauk Highway in the great south bay shopping center.
