I didn’t take photos of the location, but I will on the next visit as it was a rainy day. I ordered on the kiosk because I didn’t know all that I wanted, and everyone else was on the line.
I was able to get a comfortable seat area. The food and beverage were great and prepared well. I would visit again.

Unfortunately my visit was met with a power outage. I was prepared to done in but that changed my mind. I will say they were able to get back up and running quickly. They also had a backup plan. But I decided to experiment and ordered online. They did receive the order. My food was Panera quality. I will say I don’t eat it often but I had a gift card and tried a new sandwich. I wasn’t disappointed with that aspect.

Place is okay but staff need a refresher in customer service. I ordered lunch and sandwiches and salad like i always do. Decided to treat myself with a brownie. I got to pick up at the window and I check the bag right there without moving. No brownie. So I politely told the lady that placed the bag up there that I had ordered a brownie as well. She turns and speaks to another woman. Who responded ” did u check the bag cause ppl lie” I say nothing and just placed it back on the counter. They both look and realized it wasn’t in the bag after getting my order corrected I gave it away to guy asking for changing in the parking lot. Haven’t been back since

love Panera bread, the higher price is justified by the quality of the food and the choices of juice drinks along with a comfortable dining room. and free WiFi!… u can choose a self serve order station. my favorite, I hate dealing with people behind counters. I can put in my own order and grab my own vibrate beeper thing and wait for my food.

Orders are usually good and accurate. I like to order a you pick two! The Mac and cheese and broccoli cheddar soup is good! Also, the cinnamon crunch bagel is good too. They have decent lemonade and green tea. The location is good and the Parking is good too. You can shop at Marshall’s and then go to Panera Bread after since they are across from each other! I also think people from the gym at here as well! You can join their mypanera free rewards system that offers free things from time to time like a free bowl of soup or $3 off a bowl of soup, something like that! You can dine in or take out! You can also call them and place your order over the phone in advance but you have to know exactly what you want to order and sometimes, well most of the time at this location, they make you pay over the phone with your card the time of purchase if you call to place your order over the phone- so be prepared and have your card ready to read to them. It is overall a nice place to come and catch up on school work , meet a friend, or just come to get something good to eat ! I love coming here and I always look forward to my visit. Sometimes they overcook the food and mostly everything I go for a table it’s messy. I have to clean it myself and there slow. Panera Bread is a really nice place to chat and chew but this one makes the name look bad. The employees do a lot of playing and talking with one another while they should be working. I love coming to this specific location (Rockaway turnpike), I work nearby and it is very convenient. Lately I don’t know what’s going on but it keeps disappointing me. The workers are friendly and attend to your complaints, however, the tables are always dirty, you have to clean them in order to sit down. The sandwich I ordered: avocado, egg white and spinach; had everything but avocado : / I hate complaining but hey you paying for it, nothing it’s free (except this complain)

I usually order on my Panera app just pick it up and go. But today I decided to eat there.
I park my car, there’s always plenty of parking . I go in get waited on right away. Very friendly staff, the manager help take my things to my table. Plus the food was fresh and very good. So the reason I gave 4 stars is that most of the tables that were available needed to be wiped off. I found one that was kind of clean. I wiped it off with hand sanitizer and a napkin. Maybe it was bad timing that there no clean tables, as I was eating they did go around cleaning the tables. I will definitely go back and hope to give it 5 stars.
