The food here is almost always good. Have been going here for years with friends. It is our go-to food place. The service is generally very good and kind. Obviously sometimes over the years a few orders are wrong and some staff have not been perfect but again usually they’re great. When they get orders wrong it’s usually them giving you extra stuff anyway, like bacon on a grilled cheese. This is a good place.

I was ordering a turkey sandwich and substituting the bread on the sandwich for a French Baguette. The wonderful lady taking my order had no problem with this and proceeded with my order. The male manager then came over and proceeded to tell me that I am “not allowed” to have my sandwich on a french baguette. I told him that ive been doing that for years and literally had that a couple of days ago. I then asked him to confirm that he was refusing to take my order the way i wanted it (which they are 100% physically capable of doing as they have plenty of this bread. So much so that it is offered as a side with every meal). He then answered telling me that I am not allowed to have it that way. I walked out. I enjoy having Panera but the quality of service has dropped significantly. If theyre not getting my order wrong, theyre refusing to take it. Its a shame that a manager was refusing to take my order as requested. The general staff is more accommodating than their boss… Wouldn’t recommend coming here, i certainly wont be visiting again.
