Used to come a lot, but they haven’t really lived to up to my expectations recently. The portions have gotten smaller while the prices have gone up. Bread and soup here are still great, but you don’t really feel the value for money anymore. Panera used to be one of those places you could come in for a meal and not break the bank; but nowadays it does seem to put quite a dent in your wallet. I only come for their sourdough bread bowl soups and for nostalgia’s sake.

I ordered to go the half size Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken. Very refreshing but not much chicken so seemed more like a fruit salad with lettuce than an actual meal. Still it was nice to have on a hot summer day.

Nice place. Wish they would pipe down the music some. Would have given it more stars if they would . I go to a coffee shop so I can have my coffee and relax. Not so that I can feel like I’m in a night club. Geez. Can’t hear myself think sometimes. And Steve ,the guy consistently working his tail off cleaning and keeping the place tidy, needs a raise. Do not order from Kiosk bc they would text you ready and the screen at the pick up corner said ready, but the order wasn’t ready. 15 mins later after waiting at counter, finally got cashier got items from pastry. Someone else had said to check my order but left and never came back. Spent 30 mins at the store for 2 cookies.

Food was great with plenty of seating available on a rainy Friday afternoon. Food is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality ingredients and freshness. Anything eaten a day later doesn’t taste as good as when it was first made.

I ordered soup with a bread and it didn’t come with enough soup. My wife told cashier about soup. Cashier said that’s enough soup. Then my wife said to manager about less soup. She replied so roughly. How way She replied I felt like manager paid my soup. Never come again until this manager leave.
