This used to be a favorite, but it’s gone from bad to worse lately. My sandwich had barely any meat on it, and the chicken soup was so salty it was almost inedible. Definitely not worth the price anymore.

Service is fast, food was fresh and good! The place is big and clean. Easy for parking. They really try to serve and please everyone. The team is very attentive to costumers needs.

Paid almost $40 and shoulda just got a kids meal because that was the only part of my order that was decently made. The Chicken salad sandwich had barely any chicken salad it was made very sloppy and my toasted Italiano was also thrown together no lettuce, no tomatoes for the price you pay the employees should focus more on making the orders right and less on joking and talking. Will not be wasting my money there again.

Panera has lost its way. I have been a loyal customer for years and it was a great fast casual lunch time go-to restaurant. I used this location regularly but wouldn’t hesitate to use a Panera when ever I saw one on my travels.

It seems that over the past few years the quality has declined markedly. The menu is different with less quality ingredients, and smaller portions. The ambience has changed. No longer are there runners to bring your food – you have to huddle around the kitchen for self pick up. You clear your own table. The staff attitude has also changed. They aren’t really people who care about food. It also seems dirtier. The bread isn’t even made on site any more — it’s delivered pre-cooked.

All this means that the product doesn’t reflect the premium price. Panera was never the cheapest, but it did offer value for money. Not now. So, Its no longer my preferred choice. If they don’t change, I expect we’ll start to see closing and eventually it will be, “Remember when we used to go to Panera? Wonder what happened to them?”

Breakfast at Panera’s
Best place to have breakfast with various options. The avocado and mozzarella sandwich and the walnut salad were the best. Having soup along with this is wholesome. Their coffee and the cinnamon bun were just the cherries on the top. A nice and cozy place to have a fulfilling breakfast.

First time visiting here because the Subway next door did not have soup. The location is nice and clean and much more spacious than it seemed from the outside. Two bowls of soup and a small mac and cheese came up to about $30. I asked for an apple as a side but they gave use bread instead. The broccoli cheddar soup was very good. The baguettes were cold, they could have at least heated it before bringing it to the table. The french onion soup was quite disappointing! It was watery and tasted mostly of Worcestershire sauce. Probably won’t be going back. I wish there was an Au Bon Pain around here!

There don’t appear to be many Panera locations left in this area. This has always been one of their best. The store was clean, the employees were nice and polite, and the food was fast and tasty ,,,,,, all in all, this was a good experience……. We will definitely return!!
