We go here once a week for lunch. Sometimes we dine in and sometimes takeout. Wait time for getting your food is great. I love the kiosks and mobile ordering. Sometimes they can be stingy with your food. Seems like a sandwich is all bread with nothing inside except 2 bites of meat. Sometimes your bowl of soup can be less than half full. There side order of baguette is sometimes hard.

One of the busiest Panera bakeries I’ve visited. The rapid pick up orders were jam packed and people were waiting to pick up their orders. However, they are very efficient. I thought I would have to wait long for my order but surprisingly it was ready in less than 12 minutes.

The line to order was long. There was only 1 person taking orders (a shift supervisor) and she was absolutely NOT capable of multitasking. She kept asking us to repeat our order then when we started talking, she started talking to a co worker and asked us to repeat our order again. Food was bland, and I didn’t give it 1 star because it could’ve been worse… as in I could’ve caught on fire while repeating my order 15 times.

Everytime we had gone and ordered ahead or have ordered here there is always an issue with missing items. Wanting to have the benefit of the doubt from previous experiences of not checking the bag before I make the drive home. Only to have to drive all the way back and grab things missing from my order. Not playing this game anymore and definetly not going back to this location.

Don’t get me wrong. I like the food from Panera. Panera itself is good, but I feel that some of the employees don’t seem to pay attention or prioritize their customers. One time I went to this location to get breakfast before work. There was a young lady standing right at the counter very slowly packing pastries, which I may or may not have wanted to order, but instead of taking my orders first, she looked down and continued very slowly. There was no other staff there. It took me at least 30 min in there just to get a few items. Another time I ordered a sandwich and customized to have no chicken in it since I’m a vegetarian. When I opened the sandwich wrap, I saw many chicken strings in the sandwich. I had taken my pre-meal medication, but couldn’t eat my lunch because there was chicken in it. That was terrible. Next time if I do order from Panera again, I will have to inspect the food to make sure I can eat it before I take my medication.
