Ok, so Panera is turning cheap. The one thing I always buy is the frontega, so I have seen the changes of the bread. Now this bread today costs 13.10 with taxes, and is supposedly a premium sandwich. It used to be big, so I went to buy my whole frontega to receive like the size of a half sandwich not even bigger than a regular pen. See photos attached.

I visited the Panera in North Brunswick recently and had a good experience overall. The staff here is excellent—very friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the visit pleasant. However, the food preparation took longer than expected. While I appreciate that everything is made fresh, the wait felt a bit long, especially for a quick-service spot.

One of the busiest Panera bakeries I’ve visited. The rapid pick up orders were jam packed and people were waiting to pick up their orders. However, they are very efficient. I thought I would have to wait long for my order but surprisingly it was ready in less than 12 minutes.
Everything was spot on. There was an employee who was proactively going around picking up empty trays from the customers. Now that’s service.

Clean environment with some seating. I got a free blueberry lavender lemonade from here to try it but I didn’t really taste any blueberry or lavender flavor. It was more of like a sugary syrup drink with a sticky taste. There’s plenty of parking and easy to navigate through.

The line to order was long. There was only 1 person taking orders (a shift supervisor) and she was absolutely NOT capable of multitasking. She kept asking us to repeat our order then when we started talking, she started talking to a co worker and asked us to repeat our order again. Food was bland, and I didn’t give it 1 star because it could’ve been worse… as in I could’ve caught on fire while repeating my order 15 times.
