Absolutely terrible service. They force you to order online or through their app, which then they charge you a steep convenience fee for doing so. (Ours was $13!) They completely messed up the order, we were missing an entire meal and part of one of our “you pick two” meals. They did not even attempt to rectify the situation, and said I would need to reach out to door dash to speak with their customer service. We were charged for food that wasn’t delivered, and then the manager hung up on me. Unbelievable. Their food is overpriced, which I can get past on occasion, but the level of unprofessionalism is unforgivable.

I order on the app and pick up inside the cafe. The woman in the Phillipsburg store that is usually at the register during afternoon hours, M-F, is so pleasant and helpful. I love the chicken bacon rancher and the autumn squash soup. Ingredients are pretty good too.

I came here with my 3 kids (3,8,14) and we ordered 2 soups, Mac and cheese, and 2 sandwiches. It was $49. Crazy, but okay…
No cups in the self serve area, figured they would put them with our order but had to ask. They also forgot one sandwich and one bread, and gave us the wrong side for one. No cup lids in the self serve area either, but at this point I just opened the storage cabinet and took one out of them sleeve. Clearly I work here at this point so it doesn’t matter.
The sandwiches were pathetically made and probably would have been more full at Subway. The French Onion soup hardly had any cheese, but maybe that’s just how they make it?
Seems every time I give a restaurant another chance I regret it. Different location, same chain, so I guess it’s just the chain.

We visit this location at least twice a week. The food is good and the staff is friendly. If a meal is not the way it should be they redo and make certain you are happy. Our favorite items at this location is the bacon egg and cheese on an Asiago bread, the oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, the chicken salads and the chicken tortellini. The selection of fresh bakery desserts, bagels and breads is what make Panera so good! The soups are very good too. Would recommend this location. Tip: make sure to create an account with Panera to receive perks.

Was greeted immediately and warmly! The cashier kindly suggested i add avocado to my sandwhich, since im allergic to eggs, and it was a delicious addition. Food was excellent and the space was clean. It was a nice stop before I got on the road, back to the Philly area.

This is the third time I’ve placed an order and received something completely different. I ordered a roasted turkey and avocado blt, which I get every time from here, and received whatever this is. And it’s labeled as the roasted turkey and avocado blt. I ordered it for delivery because I’m super sick in bed so I can’t even take it back to get my correct order. Also can’t forget a few months ago when I placed the same order and was delivered a bag with 3 pieces of bread and nothing else. If I’m going to be paying over twenty dollars for soup and a sandwich, is it that difficult to check to make sure the food you’re putting in my bag is correct?

My sister and I went in for lunch and we decided to order their cheese steak it cost $14.00. The sandwich appeared to be large but it was all bread, cheese and condiments, talk about where’s the beef !. I assure you that you have many better sandwich options for the price.

I love Panera, this particular restaurant has been open for quite some time and is showing its age. The men’s room is extremely tired and needs to be renovated. The main dining area also looks and feels very dated. Some of the seating areas are quite uncomfortable. But there is plenty of room.
