Extremely rude woman taking the orders. She had spent maybe 10 minutes taking someone’s order, and not only did nobody come to help, but she spoke so rudely to my parents when they had a question about an item on the kiosk. If the manager didn’t show up to take our order after so long I would have left immediately.
I don’t know if it was because we are south asian or if she is rude to everyone (since she seemed to be pretty nice to the white person in front of her) but this needs to be addressed by staff.
Strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This location has been severely neglected for at least a year. Orders are consistently incorrect. Coffee is consistently not ready. This is during normal breakfast hours. Berry cups are missing berries. Very surprised Panera allows this. Definitely appears to be a case of lack of training and poor management visibility.

I went to Panera Bread around 1 PM — right in the middle of the lunch rush. When I ordered through the app, it showed their world-famous tomato soup as available. But when my name was called, I was told they were out of it. This is peak lunch hour — how can you be out of one of your most popular items?
I said that was fine and chose a different soup, but then I was given the wrong sandwich, my drink was missing, and they forgot the bread that comes with the meal. I’ve been to many Panera locations, and this one has to be the most disorganized. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting this location again.

$5.50 for this? Fruit looks like it’s been left out of the fridge for 3 days uncovered. This belongs in the trash. You can’t serve stuff like this to people. Sandwich tasted good but was prepared terribly. All the chicken salad was pushed over to one side. High price but poor quality. Stinks.

Panera has went down hill. They are running a special which is supposed to be an entire grilled cheese and tomato soup . Just so you know it’s mini. The sandwich is mini. The mac and cheese was actually like a pasta , cheese soup that was filled 1/4 of the way and the chili has been changed to a spicy inedible slop. I paid 8 bucks for 5 bites of mac and cheese.I will never be back here again . The place was EMPTY.

Panera used to be a solid lunch spot but the quality of the food is very poor for how much you pay. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with pickle chips and the sandwich had maybe a teaspoon of buffalo sauce with essentially no pickle chips. It was not appetizing at all.

Your Old Bridge, NJ location scamming customers. Selling smoothies in a 12 oz cup but promoting it on their menu as a 16 oz cup with 16 oz price.
I brought it up to the employee that the cup looked small but he insisted it was 16 oz. I went home and measured how much water can fit in that cup and it was only 12 oz. 4 more oz definitely couldn’t fit in that cup.
I’ll be filing a complain with the BBB.

We use rapid orders almost all the time. Every now and then we got our orders missing chicken (see attached pic). Sometimes the portion is only half of what we usually got. Food and the service are good but the inconsistency hurts the experience.

We had a really frustrating experience with our Panera order tonight — but I have to give HUGE credit to Victor, the manager at the Old Bridge location, for turning the whole thing around.
We had ordered dinner through the Panera app around 8 p.m., expecting it to arrive by 9. When it didn’t show up, we checked the store hours and realized they actually closed at 9 — which made us panic a little. We called the store and spoke to Victor, who was so kind and apologetic. He explained that the DoorDash driver never picked up our food and it had just been sitting there.
We were super disappointed — it was pouring rain, we were hungry, and it was getting late. But instead of brushing us off, Victor was patient and understanding. He offered a refund if the food didn’t make it, and after some back and forth, we decided to drive there ourselves to pick it up. Unfortunately, just as we got there, the Dasher had picked it up a minute before.
Victor, who was literally standing outside in the rain after his shift, was still so sweet. Even though none of this was his fault, he apologized over and over and offered us some leftover mac and cheese, bread, and other extras — and STILL refunded our meal. He handled everything with so much grace and kindness, even though he was clearly exhausted.
We were so upset when the night started, but thanks to Victor, we left feeling seen and taken care of. He honestly saved the night for us. People like him are rare. Thank you, Victor — you turned a really bad experience into one that reminded us how much a little kindness matters

I order a Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken , that Supuse to come with corn tortilla strips not with fritos, it destroys the quality of the salad . If you are running out of something explain the customer or make the change in the menu that it comes with Fritos . I love Panera , but this time it was not a good experience .
