The only reason it got w stars is because of the lady on the register. She was very helpful but other than that service went down hill. They took way to long to make the meals. Ppl. Coming in ordered and left and I was still waiting I get the food get home and the soup ( French onion) missing the cheese and croutons. My warm bowl meal ( teriyaki chicken and broccoli) i have 1 broccoli stem that was 12.00 plus is short. Not worth my time or my hard-earned money very disappointing to say this from a Panera bread! Not going back to that location

I haven’t been to this Panera Bread for a while. I recently went and ordered for pick up a pick-two a strawberry poppyseed salad and a Chipotle chicken avocado melt. We all know that everything is so expensive, why pay for things that are not even what you expect them to be, specifically from a well known food place. Where is the manager that is in charge of this places? The cashier was also rude and the place looks dirty as well. I’ll be spending my money somewhere else. I write my honest reviews so people don’t experience the same type of service. What do you call fresh, when the romane and strawberries are not! Avocado melt when I didn’t even get any!

Busy store with a huge variety of bagels. This store is more welcoming and their bakery is always busy. Pickups are placed on a shelf all the way to the left at the end of the restaurant. The store was maintained clean. I love Panera cream cheese varieties more than Philadelphia cream cheese especially the honey walnut is a must try.

500 reviews give this Panera 3.8 stars. I give it a 4 out of 4. I see there’s 3 reliable and compassionate workers here (summer 2023) actively cleaning tables, sweeping up the floor, and giving out cookies samples. I often come in to get coffee (unlimited sip club) and do admin work / writing, and I bring friends here to catch up over a meal and we go for a run to Lake Nelson. On personal note, I like how this location leave out all-purpose cleaning wipes available to use. I clean nearby tables if they need cleaning before I settle down in a spot. Cheers

Service is kind of slow. Coffee is a hit or miss and temp may not be hot out of the coffee dispenser. Soda is usually off either with the sweetness and/or carbonation. Today is was slightly very sweet.

Great manager who cares about customers. I was traveling with my family and made a pick up order. The order was made on time. Everything was fine except the meat sandwiches (steak and Frontega chicken) tasted different. We regularly order these at various locations near our house. We ended up trashing the meat sandwiches. I called the store to report the issue. The manager sent me a voucher. I would give 5 star if the entire experience was flawless. But given their positive attitude, I would visit this store again and recommend it to others

I’m a Lil tight about my order tonight. I placed an order on line maybe about after 15 to 20 min I went inside they said my order was being delayed there was barely anyone inside I don’t know how many to go orders they had but the food was terrible its soup and salad. They messed my sister’s salad up didn’t even have half of the items in there my French onion soup was so thick it was chucky like there was beef GRAVYYYY added in. What I’m really upset about my meal came out to $50 for me to fix up my own salads & soups. Plus you might want to have a better supervision over your night staff the playing around shows in the delivery of your food hence the reason of this review probably won’t be back at that location. Hence the reason your rating are in the 3’s. Way to much money being spent for unsatisfactory.

Coffee and bread is okay but the lunch menu including salad was terrible. Salad is stale and not fresh, chicken was clearly frozen, everything is quite processed and quite frankly barely edible. I threw most of it in the garbage bin. I will definitely not return.
