We eat at all the Panara restaurants while traveling where available. This one is the east Brunswick mall location. It definitely needs a good cleaning and overhaul…the years show on this location…but beyond it being down right dirty..the food is unlike any Panara we dine at. The portions are small the sandwiches your lucky to get the filling on one side only enough meat for a quarter of the bread…so they spread it out paper thin to cover the bread. If your salad or sandwich calls for topping good luck..when I questioned why my Fuji salad didn’t have any Dryed Fuji apples on it I was told oh we ran out a couple days ago and didn’t get them in yet !! It just goes on and on ….last of all I asked to speak to a manager and was told they left for the day…

Never eat here. The employees don’t care about a single customer, they will not rotate food, so most of the time it goes bad, there’s bugs, even seen maggots in this place. They buy low quality food products and charge 5x as much. Workers are not friendly and only make connections with their own race, they are very racist here. The employees do not clean often. If you smelled half of the stuff here it will literally get you sick. The general manager Micaela is very racist. Do not let her looks fool you.

I recently went to Panera Bread in East Brunswick and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the sourdough bread, which was fresh and flavorful. Izzy, the server who helped me, was very pleasant and professional. She took the time to answer my questions about the menu and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Panera Bread to anyone looking for a great meal and friendly service.

Ok so why only 4 stars? Price. Everything is expensive… But everything is better, to be fair. The best deal is 2 months of free drinks if you sign up for sips… This is great especially if you’re a delivery person with a Panera bread your route. Every 2 hours free iced drinks.

I always go to this location, and my order is always right . but EVERYTIME I go in there the floor is so sticky …and that means they need to make sure they are changing the water and cleaning the mop head or leaving it in bleach and dumping it at the end of the shift … you can tell they are not changing the water .that is a big floor needs at least 3 bucket chanhes ;changing the water.I had new dress boots on and had to step into the rain water which is today …walk back into the mall to wipe my feet on the rug …. that is not right … I understand people have spills but this is all the time. but leave the mop in warm water and some bleach that will help that issue I would of gave 5 stars but I am in their often and its just really annoying before I walk to work that I have to hear my shoes sticking to the floors and that’s something I should not have to deal with or other customers cleanliness is the way to go. Staff are great and knowledgeable gets the orders right…but I hope these reviews are read so that issues is handled. Those small things will make me not come back .

I ordered a Buffalo chicken melt and noticed the order on my receipt said ham and Gouda melt. I informed the cashier Favi that the order was incorrect. She assured me that the order on the receipt was the Buffalo chicken melt and that’s how the order shows up on the receipt. When I got home it was indeed a ham and Gouda melt sandwich. I also ordered 2 frozen lemonades which I never received so I settled for a fountain drink. It’s obvious this cashier has no clue on how to do her job and needs better training. Highly disappointed in the service and my experience with this place.

I want to love Panera so badly. I love their soups but they notoriously forget my bread bowls every time I order online. It’s just not that hard. I sincerely don’t want to have to drive back for bread bowls when I pay $2 more for a smaller soup and that’s half the meal. It’s the kinda thing that’s just so slightly irritating.

Fast service! After a few hours at the mall this is a great place to grab a meal with friends. Even though the sandwich was small the soup with 2 entrees was filling. Not too crowded and many different choices.

Well if breads is okay to fill your hunger along with some soup this is a place to go for a lunch or dinner or a brunch. They have lot of combos . Few options for vegan and vegetarians are also present. Routine stuff like soda fountain drinks is also present with multiple refills. Good seating space along with good staff are present here.
