Mildly annoyed that I ordered bread bowls for a work function and half are cut and packaged nicely while the other half are DIY. If I wanted to cut my own bowls I would have made my own. Now everyone is going to make fun of how horribly I cut them lol

My boyfriend and I ordered Salads with chicken in them. Mind you, we’ve been to this Panera a numerous amount of times before and have ordered the same exact salads. The chicken we were given was ice cold and tasted freezer burnt. It was crunchy and cold. I brought It up to the person at the window who just so happened to be the manager Rob . He argued that the chicken was supposed to be cold. He didn’t say sorry and didn’t wanna hear anything we had to say. He was very dismissive and would not bring the food back out to us. He had someone else bring it out. I’m sorry, but no chicken should be crunchy.

Ive waited to review this location as I typically only use their drive-thru but recently dined in. The drive thru experience has been “ok” they seem a little overwhelmed and aren’t particularly helpful with current promotions or specials.

This is how my Fuji apple salad and Napa almond chicken salad sandwich arrived. Salad is completely wrong, no idea what this even is, it’s not even on their menu. Looks like some lettuce and a pepper? Chicken salad has practically nothing on it. When I called the store and spoke to the manager she said “sorry about that, have a good day” and hung up. Needless to say will never be ordering from this Panera again, absolutely ridiculous.

Went inside ask for the deal of the day bagel promotion on Panera online for a dozen bagel and the employee told us the they don’t do online deal. I was shock ! Isn’t the online deal goes with all stores ? I guess this store is not part of corp. I end up paying $18 for 6 bagel . Wow that is crazy expensive .

Ever since I joined the drink club, I find myself in here almost every day. I’ve eaten here plenty of times, and I was always pleased by the service. They have a regular soda machine (NO coke products), but they also have 6 panera bread special drinks. 3 of which are there fresh homemade energy lemonades. The cranberry energy lemonade has got to be my favorite. The staff is nice. My only problem would be that their restrooms could use a fill-up on toilet paper every now. Every time I go in there, there’s no toilet paper to use.
