Consistently Excellent!

I had a fantastic experience at Panera Bread today. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared exactly as I ordered it. What really stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It’s a pleasure to dine in an establishment where both the food and the customer service are top-notch. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon!

I am paying for my Unlimited sip club. You should treat me like other customers. Either remove that subscription or give better service.

Person at the register, friendly enough. But, she made me feel very rushed. There was one person behind me on line who hadn’t decided what they wanted to get yet either. She made me feel as if I was holding up a very long line. She actually startled me when she told me to move out of the way for the next person online. I guess it could have been a better experience. But it is what it is!

Freshly baked bread on premises, choice of soups…a gastronomes delight. The icing on the cake was the free desert I earned while entering my order. Friendly staff eager to help
and even answer my queries on the new croissant toasts. Free wifi draws students doing their homework while grabbing a bite.

I have eaten Panera countless times, but today, I had the best salad of my entire life. No exaggeration. Whoever made this masterpiece of flavors and textures deserves a raise, a trophy, and a lifetime supply of accolades. I couldn’t just enjoy my meal and walk away in silence—I had to go up to the front desk and let them know.

When I told the cashier how incredible my salad was, she smiled and said, “the guy who made it is new.” Well, let me tell you something—Avery may be new, but he is destined for greatness. This salad wasn’t just food; it was a carefully orchestrated symphony of flavors. Every ingredient was perfectly balanced, the portions were spot on, and it felt like every bite was made with intention. This wasn’t just someone tossing things together—it was someone who cares about the experience they’re creating.

Panera, if you’re listening: KEEP AVERY. Protect him at all costs. Give him the credit he deserves because talent like this doesn’t come around often.

If you’re reading this review and wondering if you should order a salad from this Panera—first ask if Avery is on the line, if he is— you’re in for something special.

Skip This Panera—Not Worth the Price

Unless you’re ready to drop $18 on a Pick Two with a steak sandwich that comes with literally three pieces of steak, I’d skip this location.

The broccoli cheddar soup was great—as it usually is at any Panera—but the sandwich was super disappointing for the price. Definitely not worth it.

Ive waited to review this location as I typically only use their drive-thru but recently dined in. The drive thru experience has been “ok” they seem a little overwhelmed and aren’t particularly helpful with current promotions or specials.

The prices and amount of food served are the same as all the other Panera chains. My coffee (vanilla latte) and meal left alot to be desired as the meal did not feel fresh although it was presented nicely. The bread used in the pizza was stale, the sauce was dry and the cheese was cold. My bakery item was also a little hard and I had to request a replacement because it just wasn’t worth indulging if it wasn’t fresh ,.

The inside of the panera is a little smaller than what I’ve seen, but it has a nice cozy feel and Wi-Fi. The outdoor eating area is actually pretty neat and a nice place to chill.

If you want a great Panera Bread experience, then this is a great place to go! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home! Though the music did not match the atmosphere, there were still a lot of places to sit. The sandwich I got was nothing short of delectable, and the charged lemonade was also very flavorful. The food took around 15-20 minutes to come out, but it may have been worth the wait!

My husband and I eat here very often. The staff has always been great, helpful, and courteous. The bakery items have always been fresh and very good. I must say that the sandwiches have been better than they used to be. Consistantly more chicken than in the past. I also like that you can customize and swap and add things to your sandwich without a charge. Im always changing my cheese, spread, and adding tomatoes and green. Coffee is great. My only issue is why all the Panera cafés stop brewing light roast and decaf after 2, and keep out the dark roast and hazelnut. I’m also not a fan of Pepsi products. I love to sit by the fireplace with a hot tea and a bakery treat or bagel.

This is how my Fuji apple salad and Napa almond chicken salad sandwich arrived. Salad is completely wrong, no idea what this even is, it’s not even on their menu. Looks like some lettuce and a pepper? Chicken salad has practically nothing on it. When I called the store and spoke to the manager she said “sorry about that, have a good day” and hung up. Needless to say will never be ordering from this Panera again, absolutely ridiculous.
