I haven’t been to a Panera in several years but my son wanted to try this mango lemonade drink. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a subscription for drinks that you can pay monthly. I had tried the Mediterranean sandwich as part of a catering event so I ordered that. I was happy to find out with a purchase I get a free desert as part of the sip club membership. Both the whole sandwich I got and the half came with a choice of side. The staff member Keagan was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t really know what I was ordering and she guided me and made me feel welcome. The food was ready quickly and I was surprised how large half a sandwich was. The presentation was nice and didn’t look like something slapped together as fast as possible. The dinning area was clean and I was able to have a lovely conversation with my son. Keagan was engaging with the customers beside me while asking if they needed anything. It is rare to see customer service like that anymore. I truly had and enjoyable experience and anticipate coming back soon. The manager also offered be a baked good we were admiring as a gift only asking for an honest review of our experience.

I only leave bad reviews when it’s deserved. I don’t normally take the time out to talk about what a bad job some people do. But today I placed an order for me and my co workers (6 ppl.). Soon pick up the staff realized the food was missing. So I waited about an additional 20 min over my allowed break time for them to remake everything. I asked someone what they could do for me since I was on break and taking extra time to wait on them, when it should have been a simple pick up. (Nothing was offered). Just a refund or the food I ordered….. I took the food since I had people waiting for it. Then I leave to find the my drink is missing. So I come back to get that. And the once I get back to my job I find out that there is a whole meal missing. (Someone didn’t get to eat) which was my main concern. Anyways I go back to the store after I’m don’t work and making brief call to Rick. He Tells me there’s is nothing he can do because he wasn’t the manager during the time of the incident. Tells me to wait for a phone call tomorrow. Anyways making a simple sandwich and soups would have easily take care of the problem but to no solution I leave this review. Y’all can keep the sandwich no need to call. It’s just the attitude for me, they also said my story changes every time I reach out, and subtly suggests I maybe lying or making up the story. I personally don’t have the imagination or the time. But says a lot about your business. Go to the one in the market place better service.

So most of the food here is great such as the chipotle pulled chicken, but the chicken on the salads is less than to be desired. I now try to avoid the salads because the chicken doesn’t taste the same as the pulled chicken. Other than that, the service is great and it’s pretty quick when using drive-thru.

Horrible harassing experiencing made the mistake taking my business here and the only POC. Ordered breakfast and lunch only to be treated like an outcast. Twice I was the only one approached by employee to take my dish even though both times I had food on it and I am eating from it.

Was just there now and got two pick your own meals. Both sandwiches were completely smooshed and had their contents falling out. While the inside of the bag was wet from a liquid I’m guessing is the soup. I have been to this location many times and never experienced anything like this but this will be my last time going here and I advise others to go to a different Panera Bread as well.
