Gave me a sandwhich that someone else had just returned. I saw the customer return the sandwhich at one counter as I came it. The cashier just handed the sandwhich back to the people in the prep area. The customer said that it was H&C, which is what I ordered. I was waiting and I was 3rd, pending order. Suddenly, I look up and my order is ready (skipped 2 people). As per the pics, the sandwhich had definitely been opened. Also, I paid through the app, even though at this location you have to go inside to pick up your order. So, I tipped to get a sandwhich that was brought back to the store.

We’re part of a local group that meets at Panera twice a week, and it’s a great place for groups. The staff is always nice and the food is good. Unfortunately, currently their a/c is NOT working properly so it’s ridiculously hot (hotter than the 90F outside)!!! We’ll be back when they fix it, but until then we’ll be at Wegmans (spending our money there).

We were impressed by the super cozy atmosphere at this Panera!! It’s was such a great spot to recharge after some shopping around the block, and not too busy during a late Saturday afternoon. The cashier was a lil slow ( you can pretty much tell that they are new to the job), but there are self-service kiosk and order from table services so that a plus. The order was quick and the crew at the food station was nice.

The food is Ok. I went here in the afternoon, and the air conditioner was not working. When I talk to the manager, he told me that he got it repaired the day before. And still it wasn’t working. It took us 15 minutes to find a clean table. The last thing I went to the chef and asked for a lime veg to put it in my glass of water, and they said they don’t have any lime. Panera bread who serves salads do not carry a line. I don’t know what kind of restaurant they’re running

I’ve ordered catering for pickup twice from this location in the last two months for groups for about 20 people. Everything is ready ahead of schedule and they have nice large reusable bags that each fit about 12 meals. Friendly staff and clean dining area.

Such a clean and hygienic place. I am in love with chicken chiptole flatbread. Also try chocolate croissant here. Huge seating area . Restrooms are super clean. They are always consistent with food. I have visited this place many times. Panera bread daily serves fresh bread, unlike other restaurants.

I come here because the manager and employees are polite to all customers (the one on Rt 33 in Hamilton should take note). Only complaint I noticed some of the seating area is dirty. The employees all look very busy so its probably oversight due to short staff. Also the tablets for taking orders, some of them are not working. This is a networking issue so no fault to the staff. And the food is still good to eat.
