So things have changed since the original post. First, the nice touch of staff bringing your food to your table is gone. Next, you’re encouraged to order at a kiosk. If you have questions or want to pay cash, someone will eventually show up at the counter. She seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. Hopefully, they’ll get your order right, as they didn’t get mine. Realizing we haven’t been here in awhile, the inside seems tired and worn. Nothing has been refreshed since before the pandemic. The one plus I can offer is the food is still very good. Prices have gone up, but still worth trying again.

I have ordered several times from this location for delivery (they use Doordash) and the order has always been fresh, well-prepared, and no items missing. I ordered a delivery order again recently, and it never arrived! The Dasher basically stole my order. I immediately called this location, and they refunded my money right away. Before hanging up, I received an email confirming my refund! They even refunded my birthday reward and extended the expiration date out 1 month!! Very pleased with the professionalism and quality of food at this location! Says a lot about the management. Thank you again.

I want to start off by saying I had gotten a gift card and I don’t go here. The front cashier was wonderful. She was sweet and a very very helpful. I didn’t wait long at all. She told me where to pick up the food. Sandwich people are very rude not friendly at all. The sandwiches were hard as a rock. You’re not cheap to be hard as a rock. You could throw it at somebody and cause a concussion that’s how hard they were. Grilled cheese was gross. The bagels wonderful, the strawberry lemonade great and the brownies also we’re great. I’ll go back but probably only get bagels and breakfast type stuff like I did. Sandwich is nah. I won’t have to deal with the sandwich crew at all if I do that. I give a five-star for the woman at the front counter. Keep her around.

Not the cleanest Panera I’ve been in. Staff was slow to greet us, slow to take our orders. One salad came complete with hair in it. Manager seemed oblivious. Will definitely think twice before returning.

I personally am not a huge fan of Panera because it’s comfort food to the extreme. Tons of carb heavy items like mac n cheese, and thick bread sandwiches. The food is always tasty but not always good for me. The kids love the place so when I suggest we get lunch Panera is their first choice. My only major complaint is wait time. They do online ordering for pickup, drive through and dine in and they are over loaded so waiting 30 minutes or more is not uncommon.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but I’m done coming to this place. I work across the street and come here for lunch a lot. My order is almost always wrong. My last visit I ordered a tuna sandwich with a pickle. And they gave me a bbq chicken cheese sandwich and no pickle. Today I ordered a tuna sandwich for me and a coworker but with different bread and toppings. They didn’t mark which was which so I had to open her sandwich to find mine! Also they make the sandwiches so sloppily and don’t always give napkins.
