Ordered pickup and wasn’t ready for 10 minutes after the pickup time. When I went in after finally being told my order was ready, it was not in the pickup area and instead was sitting on the counter. None of the employees even acknowledged my presence or said hello when I walked in. The steak sandwich I ordered had next to no meat on it and was not very good. The only saving grace was the bacon turkey bravo. I’d recommend going elsewhere with all of the options at Centerton Square

Standard Panera Bread restaurant – great food, comfortable atomphere, speedy service, and friendly staff! I’ve been here a few times and haven’t been disappointed. This hits especially well after a long shopping trip. Some of my favorites include the Greek salad, Cobb Salad, Mediterranean veggie, Caprese Melt, and Chicken noodles soup (in the bread bowl)!

A healthy option for a quick meal. Sandwiches, soups, flatbread, salads, or combinations of them all. Soups are ok, and sandwiches are good too. Salads are big, even the half size ones. Fast friendly service. Nice seating area.

this Has to be the most incompetent location I’ve ever been to they messed up my order for the fourth time I actually had to leave my house drive 30 minutes pay $25 to fill up my car just to come out and have them fix an order. I only paid $15 for I had the chicken Fiji apple salad and a chicken salad sandwich which they told me they would give me a whole sandwich for coming in there for the fourth time I only had a half a sandwich which they got wrong. It’s a tuna salad, so this whole experience has really ruined Panera for me. I will never set foot , in this location they really showed me today. They don’t really care about getting my order right a waste of time I could’ve been at home. I’m so angry with nothing to eat now and a stale cookie thats a finishing touch

Came to this Panera for lunch yesterday and had a great experience. Food was great and the service was fast. Staff are very friendly (a big shoutout to the lovely gentleman who helped us carry our plates to where we were sitting!) I personally love their Caesar salad and Mac n cheese, my family members enjoyed the sesame salad and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. We tried out the pepperoni flatbread, it wasn’t too bad but we thought the cheese had an odd flavor and we’d probably never order it again. Everything else was delicious, this is definitely one of my favorite Panera’s to go to when I’m in the area.

I love Panera and come to this location often. Today, 4/30, I came to Panera and was very disappointed. Upon ordering, I was told there are no utensils or plates. How can a functioning restaurant chain not have utensils or plates? Very disappointing and I did not expect this from this location. A restaurant without plates is like the ocean without water. Peanut butter without jelly. Disappointing and disheartening.
