I have been coming to Panera here for years. It has been getting progressively worse and worse with little attention or care from managers. The chairs are all stained from hair (see photo), the toilet seat has been broken for over 3 months (discussed with manager 3 times), half the bench seats as missing padding and cannot be sat on, bathroom always looks dirty and walls stained, and nothing seems to get done. It’s just going downhill. Hopefully corporate sees these reviews and does something!!!

I went to this panera for lunch from work, I ordered 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup to go. When I got back to my office to eat my soup. It was nothing but broth and a couple of carrots and a couple of noodles, both bowls were the same. When I tried to call to speak to a manager, the phone just rang. I called several times.

Ordered delivery through the app and they forgot some items. Takes 30 business days to get a refund and that doesn’t solve the issue of missing food. So I’m short items and half to wait 30 business days for a refund…..miserable customer experience.

The place is quite nice. The location is actually perfect and you can stay there for hours just chilling. There are actually a lot of people who go to study or play chess. But they don’t put as much attention to the food anymore. They just toss bread and vegetables together and call it a day. The last few times I went the got my order wrong. I went to tell them about it but they just threw it on a gave it back. They have good things, and I call on the manager to pay attention to the quality of the food.
