The sandwich had large chunks of chicken . I expected shredded or at least small cubes. Also, the chicken didn’t seem to have much by way of flavor or spices. I was told the tuna sandwich is good. So try that instead.

Just went through the drive thru for drinks. My daughter always asks for an iced carmel latte with almond milk. Except for the man who used to work there 2 years ago, nobody could make this simple drink (no matter which Panara).Except for today. The young man who worked the drive thru did it perfectly. Also, the frozen coffee without the syrup did taste good. Great job. Thank you.

Dirty dishes and General Manager Matt said “don’t worry about it” “we just need to soak them they are stained but they are sanitized”. OK I don’t care if it’s “sanitized” I don’t want to eat food off dishes that I can scrape the residue off with the spoon I’m eating with. The dish isn’t clean. Period. You shouldn’t be able to scrape anything from the dish your food is on. Look at my photo. You can clearly see where my soup ends and the dirty residue begins. And the GMs dismissive attitude was not acceptable either. After seeing at least two reviews claiming they got food poisoning here I’m not surprised.

I can’t really give it any more than 3 because it’s always hit or miss if your order is going to be correct. More times than not the drive thru does not get the order right. I gave up on pickup because it was always missing something. If the order is right the food is decent.

Today I had one of my favorites, the Green Goddess Cobb salad. However, after eating it I got bad food poisoning. I had to cancel my clients for my small business because there was no way I was going to make it. I left around 2pm and it is now 10pm and I still feel like garbage. Reading previous reviews about how dirty and food quality is low also does not give me any confidence that I will be coming back.
