Staff at this location appears to be new and least interested in their work. There was a time when Panera meant quality food and service and customers didn’t mind paying higher prices. Now the service and quality of food seem to have gone down at least at this location. Ordered soup and veggie sandwich for to go. First they threw all food in one bag, all bread open. Asked and was told they only pack larger orders (rest they dump). When opened veggie sandwich at home, it was full of ham. Called restaurant twice to complain and get a refund and manager hung up twice. Ended up throwing entire order in trash. Poor quality food and worse customer service. Old staff was much friendlier and seem to know what they were doing.

Andrew was so great. I enjoyed the wonderful customer experience during my pick up order today. Andrew ensured that all of the items were packaged in the bag correctly and when he saw that I was checking the bag for a few seconds longer because I thought I was missing an item. He was very quick to ask if I needed anything and if the order was correct and everything was there. I really appreciated it. He’s great!

Oh wow!! What a nice place for a quiet and cool morning. This place is very good and nice. Had good positive experience and weather also very good to have good breakfast and hot coffee. Service was good and decent crowd. I had good time. I recommend this place if you want quiet morning with hot coffee and breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed.

Ordered the roast beef dip sandwich, was so excited for it, but the OLD question… WHERE’S THE BEEF comes to mind. All you tasted was bread or bread and dip (French onion soup). Sooo Angry!!!

This is the best panera experience I have ever had!!
The general manager is the nicest manager i have ever met. She gave us the most amazing service the food was above average, and the atmosphere inside was amazing. She came around to check everything was up to our standards and even brought around a sample of their new product.

I usually don’t mind Panera other than the prices but my experience at this location was really bad. I came in on a Saturday and it was filthy inside the ordering devices were sticky and many tables were not cleaned. The soda machine had no ice and half of the sodas were not working and we’re just carbonated water. My grilled cheese was good which is why I’m rating it 2 stars. I ordered some bread which was also good but the cookie I got tasted really off.

I DID NOT LIKE THIS PANERA BREAD! About Last time here in May 2024: I ordered one sandwich and tomato soup – such a set and set. As a result, the workers did not give me one piece of bread for the soup! The soup was not completely in the cup! The workers also didn’t give me pieces of bread for the soup inside! The second time my experience was a little worse than the first time. I ordered one warehouse for myself and ate inside the establishment. Then a little later I asked the Kitchen Worker Asian Girl if I could have a piece of bread and she told me no, you need to pay for it! Before this, wherever I was and ever asked for a piece of bread, in any Panera Bread establishment, they gave me a piece of bread without any problems! I really didn’t like it! Then, when I was eating at the table, for some reason the staff and workers turned on the air conditioning strongly when it was still cold outside! I felt really cold, no matter what! This was the first time. Happy New Year 2024..! I came here 10-15 minutes before closing right on New Year’s Day, December 31, 2023 at 8:10 pm. When I asked the cashier, a young girl, how much their baked goods cost, she told me the price was about $9 for one bag of different cookies. And another worker, a young guy who was behind me and swept the floor in this cafe, heard this and said that I could take these pastries absolutely free. Because there are 10 minutes left before closing and he told the cashier, the girl, that I could take it for free. Thank you guys – the young guy and the young girl cashier with glasses! I also shook their hands!

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences in a row. I only order delivery for lunch at work. They always give you a coupon for inconvenience and you keep ordering (big mistake). My very last order was marked as delivered yet I haven’t received it. I got connected with the driver who barely spoke english and kept repeately screaming at me delivered, delivered. I called the store itself and was hung up on multiple times. I disputed the charge through my credit card. After leaving a bad feedback through email, the female manager called me, aknowledged the situation, apologized and promised to address it with the store staff, block the driver from future orders and issue refund on the goods that I haven’t received. Fast forward 10 days I’m still waiting to get my money back, no action was taken. I will not order from them again. Shame on the manager as well.

Horrible, deplorable, low-class, dirty, and in dire need of renovation and new management. Customer service stinks! Ordered food for dinner online, along with a salad with grilled chicken in it, and took it home only to find out there was a salad, but no chicken at all. Called the location and asked for a manager, who advised me they would refund only the chicken portion back to our credit card, and add a free meal up to $15 or so, onto our next online order, which never happened. No refund ever posted to our bank for the chicken we never received, and under our Panera account, there is no free meal offering whatsoever. We were scammed. Should have known better. Last time we were in there for breakfast, there were bugs flying all over the place, and very sticky/nasty floors. We will never go back, not even for free. Avoid at all costs. Not the least bit recommended to anyone.
