Bought a tuna salad sandwich for $12+ and with additional cheese, as a takeout. Just opened it. It has traces of tuna!! Two slices of tomato and a cheese slice. COMPLETE RIP-OFF. Second time this has happened to me at Panera. QUALITY has tanked big-time. Including the photograph. If a rating of Zero was possible, I might give that for this food!

i ordered 1 sandwich and i waited over 40 minutes to get it. there were 5 people back their making food and they couldn’t seem to get anyone anything they ordered in a reasonable time. they had no plan and spent all of there time fixated on one persons meal while there was a line of 20 people waiting. they are super slow and unorganized – probably the worst service i’ve had at any panera. while most of the employees were nice, the time management, food service, and satisfaction of the costumer were lacking on all fronts.

Excellent customer service! Unfortunately the lemonade was empty, along with several other homemade drinks. The manager generously compensated us with bottled drinks and chocolate milk, more than we could drink! While the store was busy, the manager continued to check on us to see if we had everything we needed and also gave us extra cookies. The food was even better than the Panera we usually stop at.

The place apparently had a slew of takeout orders and though the order email for my dine-in order gave a time by which it should be ready, it was at least 20 min over when I asked and then they scurried to get my order ready. I think Panera needs to give realistic time estimates. The staff was polite, courteous and apologetic for the delay. Hey they are humans, not robots.

This Panera has a nice atmosphere. I’ve gone at 6 PM 11 AM Never was crowded. If You are a panera fan, it’s consistent with other ones. I personally didn’t like the breakfast egg sandwich so I stick to what I like from there.

Toasted steak and white cheddar is true but the pictures should tell the rest of the story. This is a bread company but it doesn’t taste fresh, it’s debase & chewy, the toasting they gave it gives it a hard edge that I can only describe as gum-scratching. It is edible but lacking in the other ingredients, this is a “corporate sandwich” – 2.25oz beef, 1.36oz cheese & 1tsp horseradish… (sarcastic)… but really, not enouph ingredients to get in every bite.

I love the atmosphere of this Panera location. I love sitting down in a cozy booth with a bread bowl and my laptop. Definitely one of my favorite places to go to when I’m craving comfort food and a comfy place to get work done. And it is hardly ever crowded which is a huge plus.

This is regarding an online order that was delivered today. The package didn’t include the sides – bread and chips, for the 3 menu items ordered. I called the store and the associate who answered told me that they are complimentary and so I should come in person to collect them. She hung up the phone before my conversation ended which was rude. Panera must understand that a fulfilling meal is a complete order with main and sides included. Denying sides because there is no charge is not acceptable. In fact, the cost of those sides are factored in the main dish price – there is nothing free here!
