One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Service was phenomenal — I even overheard someone making a reference to “six-seven,” which is a popular online meme. Simply put, everything was top notch. BRAVO!

Forced to do a self checkout order. I selected dine in, no silverware or plate was given. When asking for silverware and a platw I was told, “You know we close in 30 minutes” as if I ordered more than a soup and a sandwich at 7:15 on a sunday. 9 out of 10 of the seats were disgusting with food on the backs of the chairs tables were wet as if they had been wiped and yet they still had crumbs everywhere. I truly cant imagine what this kitchen looks like. The pride here is zero. Work ethic zero.

Father’s Day weekend breakfast at the local Panera was a delight. The manager personally serviced our party of three with a chipper demeanor. The music was family appropriate making the atmosphere very serene. I will recommend this lunch spot to my friends and family for a cozy little lunch.

Came to this location to pick up food because a parent was getting cancer treatment at a hospital nearby. The parent with cancer wanted a hot turkey sandwich but there was no way to request that on the app so I had to customize one of the other hot sandwiches. I was nervous that the customization would not be honored when I ordered on the app but when I opened the sandwich, I saw that they honored our customization and the sandwich came out hot. You made my parent’s day, thank you so much!

There were 3 employees in the food prep area but only one was working hard & she was extremely frustrated. The other 2 were not productive just standing there. There was another person on the register. He was also sick and sneezing. There is no reason the staff member who was handling the money & sneezing should be handling food immediately after. He should have remained at the register. He never went to wash his hands and he was not wearing gloves while preparing the food. Needless to say I will be throwing out my food and purchasing something somewhere else. Management in the Middletown NJ location needs to do a much better job!!! Disgusting!!

This is the most dirtiest Panera bread I’ve ever been to. if you don’t believe me, just look at the ice coffee machine look like it hasn’t been cleaned in years plus the Manager there is very rude always on her phone and not paying attention. I would never eat food in this location. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
