Me and my father stopped here while out running errands and it was pretty good! The mac and cheese is allways good.I eat a lip then make a crispy topping later and throw it under the broiler. I WIll use cheese it or chips, panko,Ritz work really well mix with melted butter and sprinkle on top.. Very clean and the guy making the food was excellent service was Great soo I appreciate that!!

I drove 30 minutes to pick up food and bring it back to my family for lunch. Upon receiving the order, I asked if all items were in the bag and was told yes. I get home to find they forgot to give me my lunch item – a Mediterranean salad. When I called the store, they said they could not provide a refund to the credit card I used over the phone. I had to drive back to Panera Bread, another 30 minutes there and another 30 minutes home.
Horrible service. I will no longer eat at this or any other Panera location. If you order take out food here, look through the bag to make sure you are getting what you paid for. While people make mistakes, making me drive back to the store to get a refund for food I was never given is deplorable.

Last night I had the worst experience I have ever had any Panera. My husband went to get me a Fuji apple salad at the Howell location. I always loved the salad and was looking forward to eating it. When he got home I took the cover off and noticed that the lettuce had a strong odor. I ignored it and put the dressing on. I lifted up one of the apples to eat it and it was limp in my hand. I usually enjoy crunching on them but there was no crunch to be had then I noticed that the lettuce was limp, it was not fresh, not even close to fresh. I called the location and asked to speak to the manager, DAVID. He told me that his romaine is always fresh and he highly doubted my experience so I told him I’d be right in. He contradicted me three times during the course of our conversation. He was not a professional. He even insulted me. I asked for my money to be refunded, he asked me how I paid for it. Finally he decided to look it up and after some discussion an A LOT of anxiety I was refunded the money.

I ordered a pick 2 with a bread bowl and when it was delivered the soup they had given me was a cup size, so it barely filled half of the bread bowl. I usually have a good experience with Panera but it’s disappointing to get such a small portion when I’m paying $30 already for a meal.

If you have had the pleasure of having Paneras bread bowls, you understand how tragic it is to be told that of the four bowls you ordered that only one can be fulfilled. As tragic as it was – I was okay! I promise! The manager (I assume manager as he gave off manager vibes, but if the young man with short brown hair and red shirt isn’t a manager y’all need to make him one) had gone waaaaay out of his way to make sure that my bread-bowless heart was made whole. I already loved Panera for their food but now I love them for their employees too. Y’all ROCK and hopefully I manage to beat the end of day bread-bowl rush next time.

Since I work in the area I frequent here often. The food is what you expect. The staff always seems very confused and makes constant mistakes. I’m making this review to highlight the General Manager Chris. I confronted him when they lost an order I placed. I said unfortunately I’m at work right now and don’t have time for this and that I’ll return to the store to get a refund. I didn’t yell or curse as I worked in the food industry and know what’s it’s like. Chris said to not come back. Chris maybe you were having a bad day, but I was having a bad day too. Keep your attitude to yourself.

Been here twice. First time they gave me a piece of bread with literally one piece of arugula and a tomato and called it a sandwich. Glad I ordered two different things…
Second time they didn’t even give me my whole order. Horrible service, no one said anything to me when I walked in and the cashier hair was literally all over the place and not maintained at all. Definitely would not recommend
