We came specifically for the chocolate croissants, but they were cold and hard and extremely disappointing. I can get the same way at Wawa, Duncan Doughnuts (when they have them) or 7-11, for much less money. Also the citrus peach drink was way too sour and we had to dump it out and get something else. Not worth the money to make the trip. The service was great and fine atmosphere.

I placed an online order to be ready for 12 pm as this was my break time for work. I received a message that my order was ready for pickup 16 minutes early. I only work a few min away, but by the time I would have gotten to Panera, sat in line, and picked up my order, my food would’ve been sitting for 25-30 min. The manager was very nice in allowing me to receive my food fresh n just made closer to the 12pm time. So this wasn’t a problem anymore. However, the quality of my food was inexcusable. The cheese looked like plastic and I couldn’t even open my sandwich bc it was sick together with this gross looking cheese. I ordered 1/2 Kicken Grilled Cheese. I was disappointed. It seems not only does some of the staff not mind making people’s orders ahead of the requested time and allow the food to sit there for so long, they do not mind the quality of the food being inedible. It’s such a shame. I hope they improve where it’s needed.

Panera’s food is decent, but the drive-thru is painfully slow every time. Even with just a few cars in line, it feels like it takes forever to get your order. Staff are polite, but the wait really ruins the convenience. Food’s okay—just not worth sitting in line that long.

This place has to be brand new! Beautiful design, spacious and comfortable, great location with plenty of parking. Super friendly service, great Panera food and coffee. This is one of my new favorite co-working spaces on the go.

Service was impeccable and the atmosphere was bright and inviting. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, they mistakenly substituted 2 pastries for the two I had ordered. Since both have “Orange” in their name, I’ll assume it was a simple mistake. Also, they served me a Winter Fruit Cup and not the Spring version. I was really looking forward to the strawberries and blueberries. Oh well.

This was a pickup order. I usually like the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, but when I took it out of the wrap, this is what it looked like. Food was slopped on with no concern for appearance. What a terrible way to represent Panera!

If I had an option to rate this Panera location 6 stars across the board, I would. Every time I have ever walked through their doors, I have been greeted with a smile and an immense amount of professionalism. From their base-level associates all the way up to their management, I have been always treated fairly and left with my money well spent. I will continue to come back to this location because they know how to do it right
P.S. If you haven’t already had Panera Mac n Cheese, you are doing yourself a disservice. It is by far one of the best Mac n Cheeses out there in the food industry.
