This use to be my favorite Paneras however after today’s experience I will no longer be back to this location and I will also spread the word for others not to visit this location as well. First of all we get there to order and all tables were disgusting, second this location is filled with young workers who don’t wear hair nets yet have hair down their backs. We go up to pick up our food and while heading to sit and eat we noticed a long black hair on the sandwich of one of the guys there who handed us our sandwiches.We were so disgusted and upset my bf went to request a refund because at this point we just wanted to leave to eat somewhere else. The refund should have been given to us right there on the spot for our inconvenience as paying customers. We were told by the manager the refund wouldn’t process until 3-5 business days yet it didn’t take that long for it to come out of my account! Ridiculous!!! A refund should have been given up front for the whole order for the inconvenience they caused us! We will be contacting corporate because everyone should be wearing hairnets when working around food Bottomline!!!! Shame on you Panera in Paramus Park Mall!!!!

I ordered lunch to be delivered on Tuesday of this week and they did not show up. I called they said it was delivered, then said it wasn’t and would be there in 20 minutes, this is TWO hours after I ordered so I canceled.

Rob and Amanda were awesome. My delivery order was stolen then cancelled online by a Door Dash delivery guy. Amanda resend my order, Rob tracked down the thief, and Paul delivered my food right away, hot and delish. These people cared about me as a customer, and I am so grateful! Best cookies ever btw!

Environment wise is OK, but salad I ordered was quite not enough or fresh, dressing is not enough. They don’t have any standard how much salad or dressing in. Sometimes you get more, and sometimes you get much less depends who serves.

This is one of my go to lunch restaurants for soup and salad or a sandwich and pastry. I must have eaten at 7 or more different Panera’s over the years and they are very consistent in their taste. Good variety of excellent tasting soups. I generally get their combos. Their pastries are great. My favorite is the bear claw. This is a small, but nice, restaurant compared to most Panera’s. They now deliver your order to the table which is a nice improvement..

So unfortunate that what used to be an amazing Panera has lost so much credibility. Service was horrible. Customers like myself waited 30 minutes or more for our food. Utensils were dirty. Floor was wet and could have caused for someone to slip and fall. When the employees were addressed about these issues they were nasty and told patrons they had a lot of orders and they could refund money of they wanted it. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Panera has really fresh tasting food. The steak sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches to order from Panera. The pastries are also really great for breakfast or an quick bite while shopping. The breads are always fresh. Service is really quick but the restaurant tend to be crowded and the tables need to be cleaned better throughout the day.

The food used to be good but has gone downhill. I ordered the “take 2”: a cup of chicken noodle and 1/2 an Asian salad with chips and a soda. It was $16! I could have went to a diner and received a bigger, more filling plate for that kind of money. The soup tasted off, but I chalked it up to the food quality going down. My stomach didn’t feel well afterward. Not wasting my money on this chain restaurant again.
