Big fan of Panera . I kind of stopped going to Panera and went back after a long time . Quality is awesome now . Love their salads ! Very fresh and tasty . Sandwiches are also really really good . Lots of seats inside to sit and eat. They have coffee (hot) and also cold brews . Loved the coffee .. it’s a little expensive now, but with the inflation so high, we expected it . Lots of parking outside . Nice and quick service . Liked it overall ..

$30 to grab my own food, clear my own table, and the place was unorganized and a tad bit chaotic, even though it wasn’t super busy. The person who took our order was quite disinterested in being there (based on his behavior) – little eye contact, no smile, no greeting, no pleasantries at all.

I was not please by the young girl who took my order. I was using a gift card and she seemed annoyed cause I wasn’t sure on how to use it but other than that my experience was well. My order came quickly. Both team managers who were working on Monday 1/17/2022 was absolutely great, so helpful, and went above and beyond to give great customer service. Both managers were in such a great mood and made my experience at this location wonderful.

This place is lost. Pure chaos. No one knows what is going on after you place a mobile order. They just tell you to wait even though it’s past the order pick up time. Ended up getting my food an hour after waiting because I finally got to talk to a manager. Don’t come here and expect to get your food on time.

The whole restaurant was clean and all of the staff was friendly. We came close to closing time and they still served us and did not rush us. Ingrid at the front counter was so nice and welcoming! The staff in the kitchen was very nice too and our food was delicious.
