This Panera is always busy probably because it is so close to Willowbrook mall. However, despite the chaos, the service is fast and my orders are usually correct.
They have a manager who reads off your order along with all your customizations at lightning speed. It’s quite fun to see and entertaining. No other Panera has ever had the server do that before.
Update Jan 2024:
The quality of the food definitely has gone down. Their baguettes used to be the best. It was crispy on the exterior and fluffy on the interior. Now it is dry and hard. Doesn’t seem like they bake their breads in store anymore. Portions have shrunk and prices have gone up. Not a good combo. See ya Panera!

So we went here for lunch today. It’s amazing that I am still hungry after I spent $30 for two lunches. The veg soup was actually pretty good. I also had 1/2 caprese sandwich (one of the few vegetarian options) she had some chicken soup and sandwich which she enjoyed. We waited a good 5 min and our order was brought to our table. We ate our lunch and enjoyed our conversation.

Customers bring their radios and play them loudly. Management does nothing to stop it. Customers are forced to listen to background noise from customers with no moral values as they eat their meal.
I ordered soup, sandwich bread and brownie for dessert. I asked if I could have a small cup for water only. The staff REFUSE, stating they were no longer giving out small cups for water. So if you are choking, Goodluck.
We went to CAVA instead where the water is always free and happily dispensed to paying customers.

My orders are usually correct but they sometimes take a very long time. While some of the workers are very nice and efficient, others are sometimes rude and express attitudes towards customers. There have also been multiple instances in which myself or other customers overhear fighting behind the pick up desk. The food is usually good but the service could definitely be improved by the employees.
