I ordered two large sandwiches two bowls of soup and these came with a couple baguettes and a couple bags of chips. They stuffed all of this into one thin paper bag, which immediately broke while bringing it into my vehicle. Why they didn’t put one sandwich and one soup in each bag is beyond me. The baguettes were not wrapped which I found odd and not very hygienic. I’m only giving two stars because their broccoli cheese soup will always be decent, but the rest of it is still not good, even after eight years later from having an uncooked mushy chicken on my salad and trying it again. I gave two stars because of the soup otherwise it would’ve been one. There’s nothing on my sandwich but a small mushy pile of chicken. The bread is very dense which I assume they do on purpose so that you feel immediately full after you eat it. The picture on the menu at the drive-through showed lettuce and tomato and onion on the sandwich and I even asked for that to be sure that I got it. Neither sandwich had it. This picture right here indicates half of a sandwich (which is no bigger than the small palm of my hand, not including the fingers) and as you can see, there’s nothing in it except a tiny bit of mushy chicken and a tiny bit of cheese, and one extra thin tiny slice of an onion. How this place is still in business is beyond me. This dinner for two was over $40 and it’s crappy fast food for crying out loud!!!

Air vents on ceiling look dirty and moldy. Not good for indoor air quality and sensitive people.
Business owners and building management need to pay more attention to this and get their hvacs and ductwork professionally cleaned twice a year. It’s a health hazard.

Nothing is really wrong here, and that’s kind of the problem. The food is fine, predictable, edible. Service is okay. The place is clean. But the vibe just isn’t there.
It feels more like a waiting room than a café. You come in, eat, and leave without any urge to linger or come back soon. No warmth, no character, no small detail that makes you think “yeah, this place gets it.”
Not bad. Not good. Just aggressively average. If you need something quick and safe, it works. If you’re looking for atmosphere or a reason to stay, keep moving.

Waited at drive through half an hour.. pull up to the window they have my order wrong and have me wait even longer in the parking lot with a toddler in the back . (Why they didn’t have the person in front move to the parking lot and wait god knows)The worker comes out and brings yet another wrong order goes back and finally come home to the picture below . The manager on duty, the female with the name starting with the letter S , was rude and would not refund me because she said she didn’t know if I would end up eating it or not. Are you kidding me ? You got my order wrong three times had us wait an hour and you can’t refund my 16$ spent ? I probably spent that much waiting thirty minutes at the drive through and in the parking lot !! Shame on you ! Horrible customer service and guess what ? In the end they still got my order wrong !!! Greek goddess seen below.. I don’t think even my neighbors dog would eat this .

The staff is good but I found a hair in my Med Veggie sandwich and I complained to the manager which she responded “ Oh, do you want a refund or remake?” I asked for the remake and the remake was really bad. I’ve been coming here for over a year and was really disappointed today. The remake should be as exactly as the original order was.

Pictured below is the Green Goddess Salad I received tonight as a takeout. Avocados old, brown and hard, hardly any chicken and bread greatly over baked. Returning it in tomorrow and never returning.

If I could tell people not to come here, I would. The café scenery itself is appealing, but the cleanliness is another story. The employees are unprofessional, loud, and careless. The staff in the kitchen are loud and obnoxious, taking away the “relaxing” effect Panera is supposed to give. I was waiting for my food at the counter when I saw employees preparing food without gloves and opening soup bags infront of customers and pouring it into the soup bowl. The tables are always sticky and you always have to call over an employee to clean it. I have to say this is the worst panera in the area!

I ordered a green goddess salad with chicken to go. My order took 37 minutes to get ready. When I went home I realized they forgot to put the chicken and instead gave me avocados with the skin in the salad! This is not my first time to experience really long time to get my food or to end up with the wrong order!
