I’ve ordered from this Panera location many times and have generally had consistent experiences, which is why today’s order was so disappointing.
First, although I double-checked my delivery address in the app, the address changed by one digit after submission. The resulting address does not exist. Instead of contacting me or following the address shown in the app, the delivery driver chose to leave my food at an entirely different location on a different street. I only recovered my order because the person it was delivered to happened to know me and called after seeing my name on the bag.
Second, when I received the food, both salads were noticeably underfilled—about three-quarters full. I order the same salads regularly, and they are normally filled to the top. This was not a subtle difference.
Third, when I contacted the store to explain these issues, the interaction with the manager was extremely unprofessional. Rather than addressing the substance of the concerns, the manager repeatedly insisted that I was “yelling,” despite my calmly explaining that I was not. The conversation became focused entirely on that accusation instead of the actual problems, and I was ultimately hung up on.
When I called back, I was told that person was the highest manager available. My friend also called on my behalf and was met with a similar attitude. The manager stated they have “no control” over delivery drivers and also insisted the salad portions were correct—despite having no way to know what was actually delivered to me.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability, dismissive attitude, and refusal to even acknowledge the possibility of error made this experience far worse than it needed to be. Between the delivery failure, inconsistent food quality, and poor management response, this was an extremely disappointing experience from a location I previously trusted.

No one can make a smaller sandwich than Panera . My 600 calorie 11dollar dinner sandwich is posted for your view… yep .. that’s all there is.. and they were out of baguettes so a bag of dry chips included!all of it with a 25 min delay that led to an automatic coupon of 2 dollars… yes .. you got it … for buying another Lilliputian sandwich… maybe someday!

Received a text that the food was ready, but we had to wait another 10min for the rest of it to come out. As we waited for the food, we saw a woman fill a half gallon container with iced tea – opening of the container touching the iced tea spout. Watched the personnel behind the counter watch her do this. And didn’t stop her. THEN as we ate, a homeless gentleman walked around pulling up his pants and asking for an empty cup. This visit was disturbing and I won’t go there again.

Shout out to an amazing woman, Tasia, who works at Panera’s in Fairlawn. My husband and son walk there a few times a week and their reward is a cookie from Panera’s. I’m not sure how they were introduced, but she goes out of her way to say hello, to make him feel comfortable, and gives him so much respect. My son is 16, has autism and ADHD, and doesn’t like to go to many places, but requests “Panera Bread cookie.” Thank you Tasia

This location offers the standard Panera menu (which can be a bit overwhelming) and the person that took our order was very friendly and helpful. The food was freshly prepared and tasty. The floor was dirty and we had to ask for someone to wipe off our table, but they did so willingly. Nothing special about this location but there could be with better attention to details.

Not suitable for full lunch or dinner though.
It is quite clean inside, but the tables are cleaned not frequently so you can see them for a while.
Tea selection is better than usual.
The parking is available all the time.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place is horrible. The food is microwaved and disgusting, and all the cookies make you extremely nauseous after eating. The service is half decent, but the workers look like they’re rushed all the time even when its empty and will rush you. The atmosphere’s also disgusting… Dirty floors, things in between the couches… gross.
My personal experiences here have been so bad. Ordering 2 things to go will take almost 45 minutes, and when you order to go, your portions are extremely small. If you were to order the kids size of mac n cheese to dine in, it would be bigger than the full size to go. Seriously. “Tacia”? Whatever her name is.. Horrible service. Attitude and smoking. Shame on this Panera!! One star is graceful for the way this place is!
