I went here after being exhausted . I was starving and looking for something to satisfy my vegetarian needs, also seriously craving a tomatoes soup. Luckily, there was only one other person in front of me and she was rang up quickly. I ordered my food and sat down to wait. I was served my sandwich and soup in close to no time so that was great. The sandwich was delicious and the soup was good too. It was overall a pleasant experience that sometimes i hard to see in places like that.

This location offers the standard Panera menu (which can be a bit overwhelming) and the person that took our order was very friendly and helpful. The food was freshly prepared and tasty. The floor was dirty and we had to ask for someone to wipe off our table, but they did so willingly. Nothing special about this location but there could be with better attention to details.

Ordered the Strawberry Poppy Seed salad. Guess what was missing?? Strawberries. It’s in the name! Was also supposed to just add spinach, not take away the Romaine and make it all spinach. Also didn’t give me the other dressing I ordered on the side. It was a pick up order so I didn’t realize how wrong it was until I got back to the office – the receipt says “Order Checked By” and there is no name there.

One of the Worst Panera in the area, the service is slow. The service was decent. But, every order now and days. There is something wrong, I ordered a Frontega Sandwich, arrived back to work, only cheese in the sandwich, three times prior to the chesse is not even Melted, or warm. Horrible Customer Service. One of the managers is very nice. Otherwise, the service stinks. The service is very slow. Some of the employees do not even know what is on their menu. There is a Green Passion – non Dairy drink listed on the board. Two cashiers standing there claiming, we do not carry such a drink, while the other is stating hold the almond milk. Train Your Staffs.

I ordered delivery which is not smart because the menu prices are ridiculously higher than the regular menu. Here is a pic of a $9 Mac n Cheese! Adding insult to injury you can see the container is not even filled. Never again.

I have been coming here for years and last week I had the worst experience. After suffering food poisoning from a different location of Panera I decided to go there bc it was always a much cleaner place. To my surprise there was a hair in my soup which was not mine n my hair was completely up. When I went to the back counter where they cook n I told one of the employees Maria she was rude n did not say anything n proceeded to speak in Spanish about me. I told her I am Hispanic n understood what she was saying n there is no reason for her to get upset at me for complaining about a hair in my food. I asked for a Manager and after ten minutes one came out and didn’t apologize and said nothing. I told her I wanted a soup n honestly I should get some credit as a courtesy n she finally gave me both. Also the women working there especially in the kitchen had no hair net n only had a ponytail n long hair so hair was flying everywhere which is why there was a hair in my soup. Manager needs to train her employees n Health Department should be going often to inspect this location. Stay away from this location. See picture below n see how the employee has no hair net n was previously working in the kitchen.

Never place an order in this Panera Store. This folks are extremely slow , pick up orders can take upto 45 minutes. Inside store employee gives excuse that she thought she delivered the order already
