I ordered takeout with two choices, but my sandwich was disappointing in appearance. It seems there may be room for improvement in training the staff here at this branch. Overall, I was surprised by the quality, and I plan to inspect my sandwiches more closely in the future before leaving. I regret that I was dissatisfied with this experience.

I’ve been coming to this Panera location for years and have always enjoyed the food and service. Today that didn’t have any chips during my visit which is a first, but I guess this could happen at any location so l’m not gonna ding them after going here for so many years and this being the first potential “issue” I’ve ever encountered here. No real complaints o, which is a good thing and would totally recommend this location to others.

Upsetting tea time. Upon entering a person appearing homeless was hovering over the sugars and napkins thingy. Not appetizing. I went a got my cup. Went over kinda hesitant to make tea after watching this guy cleaning put his nose over the self serve counter. Put my cup down and he reappeared to use microwave. I left. Just can’t deal with this. Lost appetite. Cleanliness was already a slight issue. Just can’t. Hopefully I will return and not see it again. Sorry . I just needed my tea time.

The cleanliness level needs major improvement. Microwave is disturbingly dirty. When asked to be cleaned they cleaned the sides and not the top. When asked again to clean it the young lady gave C e attitude. If you don’t like cleanliness then don’t work in food service. Will not be returning to this place. It’s nothing more than a dump and vaguely represents Panera.

Self service kiosk will speed things along. Prices are about the same as a diner without the long wait. Butternut squash soup is consistently the best one. I got the salad with bacon and chicken. Bacon was crumbs of fat, would not recommend that one. Aside from that, the salad is OK. The orange juice here is very good.

From experience, Panera can be either a hit or a miss depending on the location. This Panera location is usually a hit. The place looks was very clean and service was quick. I guess because we came early enough it wasn’t busy. However, this location can be very busy depending on time and day.
This is store is also very accomodating with any sandwich customizations and requests. They are usually on point although a few mishaps have happened previously. Service was very friendly. Portions can vary though. There are times when I get big and smaller portions of the same you pick two’s. Overall a great experience.

We got here for late dinner and was very disappointed with lack of available options. Also, this is not a Gluten-free friendly place. They have kiosk to take order, however, it never text us or call when order was ready. We ended waiting a bit and got up to ask. Of all the options in flatbread selection, they only have one available. It was lacking sauce, dry, and very little ingredients. The place itself was cozy and spacious.

A long standing Panera Bread with a decent amount of space although not nearly as large as the Menlo Park location. Food at Panera I usually fine decent to good although it was a bit pricey in the past. Now other fast dining spots are charging close to the same price now.
Is the food that much healthier than other fast dining… maybe a little but most of the dishes are average to above average tasting.
Tables are clean and space is well lit at all times of the day.
