We got here for late dinner and was very disappointed with lack of available options. Also, this is not a Gluten-free friendly place. They have kiosk to take order, however, it never text us or call when order was ready. We ended waiting a bit and got up to ask. Of all the options in flatbread selection, they only have one available. It was lacking sauce, dry, and very little ingredients. The place itself was cozy and spacious.

This place is a joke. Mispronouncing my last name, after telling them it’s actually pronounced “blah blah” they had the audacity to look at me ant tell me no, it’s “the wrong way” and proceeded to look at me as if I don’t know my own name. Dining in eating out of a plastic spoon as well. I come here to NOT use plastic table wear, and I still end up using single use plastic over someone being too lazy to wash the spoons. If I could give service zero stars I would.

Self service kiosk will speed things along. Prices are about the same as a diner without the long wait. Butternut squash soup is consistently the best one. I got the salad with bacon and chicken. Bacon was crumbs of fat, would not recommend that one. Aside from that, the salad is OK. The orange juice here is very good.

From experience, Panera can be either a hit or a miss depending on the location. This Panera location is usually a hit. The place looks was very clean and service was quick. I guess because we came early enough it wasn’t busy. However, this location can be very busy depending on time and day.

A long standing Panera Bread with a decent amount of space although not nearly as large as the Menlo Park location. Food at Panera I usually fine decent to good although it was a bit pricey in the past. Now other fast dining spots are charging close to the same price now.
