Located in the Clark Commons off of Raritan Road, this was my first time back in 2 years, and it appeared to be clean early this morning for takeout. Besides indoor dining, whose main room is designed in earthy tones with comfortable seating, this Panera Bread Cafe# 601755 also has several tables for outdoor dining, which I don’t see at most locations. Upon entering, there were several self-service kiosks for a speedy ordering process or counter service. Greeted by the staff, I ordered my go-to Asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese for breakfast. The bagel was deliciously tasty with the warm cheese. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the price was pretty standard, which I can recommend.

Terrible!!! I ordered two pick twos through DoorDash and I didn’t receive the tomato soup from one of the pick twos orders and I received the WRONG SOUP! I received PUMPKIN SOUP INSTEAD OF broccoli cheddar soup. WHO EVER BAGGED MY ORDER I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I WAS CRAVING PANERA ONLY FOR THEM TO DISAPPOINT ME. Never again will I ORDER FROM HERE! I was ready to eat when I saw that they gave me the wrong soup! Very disappointed!

First time experience: Displeasing.
Found a long piece of black hair in my salad. All my dressings were packed into the salad and got all messy. Plus two of the dressings weren’t closed.
To me it sounded like someone was having a bad day and didn’t care. And decided to just leave me with the bad experience.
Didn’t pack me a fork for my salad. But I guess they didn’t want me eating it anyway with cause of the hair I found.
Worst of all, no one is answering the phone to take my concerns.

The location is great but the customer service was not so well. The store was very clean. I went in to purchase Asiago bagels. I only saw one. The girl at the front said it was the only one so I was not able to purchase two. As I sat down I was served the Asiago bagel and saw that one bagel still there.

Can’t say I’m a devoted beloved fan of the Clark Panera Bread nowadays. Sometimes I feel like it’s a toss up with the food? But I wouldn’t mind continuing to come here to get my coffees or charged drinks. The turkey and cheddar sandwich we got looked so sad. The food came out promptly though.

I ordered 2 soups. The broccoli cheddar soup had blue plastic in it that I found as I was eating it. The French onion is dark brown so I am unsure if there was plastic in there. This is a safety issue and I am highly concerned.

Clean Panera bread with a pretty nice atmosphere, but the food feels overpriced. Like soup for $5 just doesn’t seem right. But the meal combo is fine I guess. Overall, it’s not bad at all, but I just wish the gave u more soup or made the soup cheaper. In 2018, it’s hard to find a cheap place.

Absolute worst panera in the area. Takes them 25+ minutes to make an order of 3 things with only one order ahead of me. Had to come back as the soup was shoved in the bag incorrectly and spilled all over everything. They took another 20 minutes to remake the order. Zero sense of urgency. The manager who helped me was at least nice & comped the items that needed to be replaced but wow, a little more than I had anticipated for a rainy Sunday trying to enjoy lunch.

This guy’s really stopped me from sitting so he can sweep under the table (there was not much there) so I sat somewhere else. Then he proceeds to sweep around everyone sitting there eating like right next to me. Then he SPRAYS THE TABLE WHILE A WOMAN WAS SITTING THERE!getting spray on her… this is not ok guys. I spend $45 on Mac n cheese basically. Id prefer not to have cleaning product on me or my food . Cmon
