When me and some other people walked, no one was at the register to take our order for like 4 or 5 minutes. I decided to use the order screen to place my order. I got my orders then left. For $30 plus dollars, the portion sizes for the soup and drinks are too small. The chicken and wild rice soup was ok, but the portion was just too small. The same with the macaroni and cheese, but more acceptable since it’s mostly pasta and cheese. I like the bread bowls though. The smoothie, again is also too small for what they’re charging. It was a sour, but for me that’s fine because I had a cold, so I couldn’t really taste much anyways. The soup and everything was ok, but for the price I would’ve appreciated more. Also, the place a little dirty.

I always enjoy going to this location. I haven’t had a bad experience & the customer service is amazing. Monica who works the morning shift is my absolute Favorite. She’s always kind & smiling & greets everyone! Today I went for my monthly sandwich & I get the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. Whoever made me sandwich today, so, so good lol.

An Italian-style bakery, the place is set up in the style of a typical American diner. There is a large selection of breads, pastries, cakes and sandwiches. You can also order breakfast on the spot (take into account that the portions are very small), hot drinks (coffee and tea) as in most places in the United States can be taken without limit. The order is self-service. And most importantly it’s really delicious.

I was there today March 20 at 8:50 am . Literally got my order wrong twice after the second time . I was like I got to go and the guy making the food with the curly hair, one day your going to run into the wrong one and is going to check that attitude of yours . No quality check no nothing spent $8 dollars to get nothing of what i wanted . Was suppose to be a ham egg and cheese the second time around got a little piece of egg one piece of ham and a bunch of arugula . Just a shitty way of doing business . Watch out for the attitude as well

I guess this is a great place to go once you know what you’re doing. You could get in and get your coffee quickly, or get a table and hang out or do some business or have a meeting.
In my case I was not familiar, so you Walk in, and the first question you ask yourself is what do I do? There are kiosks to enter an order, and when you do and pay for it, nothing happens. Probably the order is sent in somewhere, which I finally figured out, but I went to the pickup desk and it wasn’t there. So I had to be redirected to another part of the store. So I guess if you’re a member and you go there often it’s great, you could get food and points and do all this kind of nonsense, but just to get in and have a cup of coffee and sit down? Takes a little bit of navigating and figuring things out which is very awkward if you’re a meeting and business client for the first time and you’ve never been to a Panera bread.
The coffee was okay, it was a good size for the amount I paid, taste was reasonable. But I do wish the milk was colder and I do wish it was easier to navigate.

This is for the West Orange location. Great staff and service. I always get my all time favorite salad to go. Decided to dine-in. This is their fuji apple salad with chicken (whole, not half) and a side of baguette. The meal was absolutely beautiful and perfect. It was a gorgeous day and this made it even better. PAUSE. Sadly, had a disappointing find in my salad. For what looked like molded greens. Management was very courteous and tried to right the wrong. I was more bummed about not finishing the salad. Took a couple of days off from my fave. I’ll be back..TBD

PanevaBread in Essex Green was a good experience. Honestly I would rather eat inside because I love the vibe but I used the Rapid Pick Up. The service was easy and the Rapid pick up was ready fast! You can pick up according to the last name you ordered by. There are three shelves and the food is placed in a closed and sealed bag. I would suggest bringing your bag to a table just to be sure everything you ordered was inside. The soups were still hot when I arrived home and the adorable pink tulip cookie was delicious! My favourite is the broccoli cheddar soup….its just so delicious!

The Mediterranean bowl was amazing! The vanilla almond cold brew is delicious as well. Oh! For the love of cookies! The lemon drop cookie is addictive. The staff is friendly and the service is great.

This broccoli cheddar soup is like a bad magic trick—now you see flavor, now you don’t! It’s as if someone took broccoli, boiled it until it lost the will to live, then waved a cheddar-colored crayon over it for ‘flavor.’ It’s like eating hot dishwater with a side of broccoli sadness.
I remember when this soup had standards, now it’s just a bowl of disappointment with a cheese-ish afterthought.

Nice location and good food. Not much more that you could want! I typically have a chicken caesar salad and a strawberry banana smoothie. It’s never failed me. Occasionally, I also have the broccoli cheddar soup and a pecan braid, both of which I can recommended as well.
Update: tried their new egg sandwich, and it was just ok.
