Stopped here after having self care mid-morning and decided to stop here for brunch. Ordered at 12:04 and didn’t receive my order until 12:30. I would’ve been better off going elsewhere. Turkey avocado club and French onion soup…simple order but took forever to receive, and there was a clump of cheese in my soup.

This location is not great for a quiet brunch or studying. Workers have loud music and yell constantly. Even the manager is making loud comments in the kitchen and being very disruptive to the customers eating and staying. The food is alright quality, prepared fast. Just the environment itself is very loud and hectic.

Of the 4 orders I’ve placed with the, 2 were missing an item, 1 was missing utensils, and 1 was over 30 minutes late. You can’t get a refund on the app, and you cannot talk to a real person on the phone so I’ll have to go in to get a refund for the missing item.

If you want to always be disappointed with your order after you get home this is just the place. Third time this place can’t get a simple order done right…. Cinnamon bread with my avocado sandwich and as an insult to injury wrong soup. Maybe a drug test should be preformed regularly here because I don’t trust this place with a cup of water anymore.
