Food was good and everything came out quickly, I liked the fountain drink choices. The tables were available, though some a bit messy. I’m super confused by the chicken tikki menu item. It was like a soup, which is fine, but there was no chicken pieces in there that were solid. So it’s like little pieces blended into the soup? Pass on that one next time. Place was quiet and fun to look out the windows with myself and my 2 year old. Left a bit annoyed that I set my drink on the table to go wash our hands and returned to find it gone/cleaned up by a roaming staff member.

So expensive, but here is the real kicker: When you mobile order and something is not in stock, Panera simply omits the item from your bag, but proceeds to charge you with no option of a refund. This happens with meals all the time, they will simply leave sides out and charge you for the full meal. It is 100% theft and this is consistent with Panera. Absolute thievery.

Me and my family enjoy the Panera Bread. The seating area is very nice and always clean. My son loves sitting by the fireplace. Food always comes out in a timely manner and is always amazing. Bathrooms are clean, and the staff is always friendly. When it comes to Panera Bread, this one stands above the rest.

Consistent with the Panera food experience! Soup and sandwich were exactly as I would have expected. Staff was fast and friendly. Noticed the kitchen staff was not getting along great. Tons of parking and easy access to the center. Right across from the mall.

Cashier seemed new, was slow and kinda messed up our order. Food prep in the back took a long time and didn’t cut our big subs in half. That said, the food and bread was excellent. The chicken sub was a bit skimpy on chicken but was excellent otherwise. The French Onion soup was excellent. I probably won’t come back to this location again for a while and hope they get better.

We came in early evening just to grab something warm to eat for dinner. I got the chicken tiki masala soup and she got the turkey chili bowl. The food was good but it could’ve been warmer and when it was served up, the bowls were messy and not wiped. Also, while it was pretty quiet, it was hard to find a place to sit because a lot of the tables & chairs were not wiped down. She also said that when she went to the ladies room, it was not that clean & floor was a bit sticky. While we always enjoy the food and its tasty, we gave 3 stars because of food preparation and lack of cleanliness. Easy things to fix.
