Tables were scattered with crumbs and food debris, and there seemed to be a lack of attention to cleanliness. This unappealing sight set a negative tone for our dining experience!

This is one of the nicest Panera Breads I’ve been in. They food was even better than some others! Plenty of space to sit and relax and eat. I loved the fireplace. The young man behind the counter was an absolute joy. All the employees were kind and helpful but he was funny and uplifting. He really brightened our day.

Chipotle avocado sandwich was flavorful, and the oatmeal raisin cookies was properly made (wonderfully soft). However staff needs to tend to cleanliness more. Eating area was messy, trash bins overflowing, bathrooms not clean either. Place wasn’t busy, and there’s plenty parking.

Good food, fast & friendly service, dining area was large and very clean. Putting 4 stars instead of 5 because they forgot the cheese and onions on the side of the chili, and also they were out of the corn and bean salsa for another dish we ordered. Aside from that, the food was still good!

Went through the drive through today. Coffee was lukewarm with grounds in the bottom. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich in the pick two. Got some kind of salad with dried apples instead. Of course I don’t realize that until I get home and it’s too far to go back.

The food is fine but the workers talk bad abt the customers right infront of you and give you attitude for no reason. Couldn’t give any bread to my friend bc they were out of bread bowls even thought there was bread rughr infront of us. It’s mostly the older women that need to just get fired.

When you order a drink on the self service screen, it tells you that it’s self serve and to get your own cup, however there are no cups out, only behind the counter. They are within reach if you reach over the counter, but I felt awkward just taking it. On 2-3 separate occasions when I came to order a drink (I have unlimited sip club), I went to the front and I was told I could just grab the cup myself. So today I went and did just that and an employee came out yelling at me that I can’t just take it and I need to ask. I explained the screen says that the cups are self serve and I was told by employees several times to just take a cup, but she was still very rude to me. If the screen says cups are self serve then cups should be available for self serve. Very confusing.
