The table I had to wipe down myself… it had food EVERYWHERE. Every single table looked this way. Unreal.. I don’t mind wiping the table down.. I really don’t but every table is gross… The trash is overflowing onto the floor. The floor looks like it hasn’t even been swept or vaccumed in days. Every single worker in the back looked drugged up. Foods good.. place sucks.

Horrible service. Manger did not come out to help until the entire place was filled with waiting customers. Dasher orders weren’t being filled all the way. People were waiting about an hour for their food. The bathrooms were disgusting no toilet paper and trashed stalls. Tried to get help from a fellow employee and she just walked away without even trying to handle thr situation overall horrible store. Team lead was just walking around nit doing anything in the bread section. Meanwhile one staff of the register and 2 filling orders with a slammed restaurant during the lunch rush. They were out of several products including strawberries. Not a big fan of this Panera location. Also these dashing companies get reflected on badly when they don’t fill orders on time or correctly.

We always order food the night before. Large family, lots of items. Some days they forget to include items in the order. Today they said they were out of souffles, and when I arrived at the store, two were on the counter. A different type than I ordered, but I accepted them as a replacement. We took them home to eat, and they were all liquid on the inside. Severely undercooked. Overall, you’ll probably get a good experience, but always check that you received what you ordered, and the food is to the quality you expect.

Quiet, clean, and food was enjoyable. We both had broccoli and cheddar soup, he had a chicken sandwich and I had the Fuji apple salad. The mango tea was awesome too.

Came in to a bunch of people waiting to order but no one at the register. Everyone sees us waiting but finally a woman from the back came up to the register. Started ordering. Ordered Chicken goddess salad minus onions and egg due to allergies. Im told they don’t have any avocado. I get my bag and get to the car and open the salad and…no tomatoes and an onion piece on my salad. I now have to go back in to get everything fixed. Wait in line again but this time their was someone at the register. The lady was pleasant and fixed my meal. This location usually is accommodating and makes mistakes but will atleast fix it.

Stopped by this Panera for a quick dinner. They didn’t have the bread that was supposed to come with my sandwiches but I was offered alternatives instead. There’s also a conference room within the establishment. Bathroom was kept very tidy and the dining area were kept clean as well.

Overall awful experience. Got the $14 (!!!) Signature Take Chicken Sandwich. Didn’t include the greens or pickle chips on it. Chicken was luke warm. Do yourself a favor and get Popeyes.
