This is an excellent Panera location. Great staff. Always on top of everything to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I especially love Claire who works behind the register She is very knowledgeable of all the products available and is always so warm and welcoming. Also love the manager Rachel who also is very knowledgeable and always assists in helping everyone.

One of those nights where we didn’t want to cook but wanted a quick meal, so Panera to the rescue. Quick service and the food was fresh and good. The broccoli soup is just amazing. The bread was fresh, and we enjoyed sitting by the fire.

Second time in two weeks that my breakfast sandwich was made without egg (sandwich comes with egg) and had to wait 35 minutes for our food although we ordered ahead of time.

In-house eating is good. Delivery is terrible. It takes forever. Delivery time is never accurate. No one answers the phone at the restaurant. Drivers don’t respond to calls or text.

The service is what you would expect at any fast food restaurant, nothing exceptional. I ordered the greek chicken salad. Unfortunately, there was more greens than chicken for the price, they could add more chicken to it, seeing that it is a chicken salad after all.

This is the third week in a row where I have ordered online I get there and still wait 30 minutes plus killing my whole lunch break and also making me late to my next call without any food. Don’t even offer to comp the lunch. After waiting 30 mins she says “ I still have 27 orders and I can’t see the screen” it would have been at least another 15 mins totaling 45 mins even with a preorder.

While I understand it gets busy with in person orders, pick up orders etc, I placed a larger order for delivery two days in advance for delivery for an event.
My order was not delivered and 30 minutes later was canceled.
Now have to reorder food for my staff. There’s not a reasonable excuse for this. Never even got a call just reloaded my order status to see it canceled. Not acceptable.

I went to the Panera Bread in West Hartford, CT And my sandwich did not taste good. I had the chicken fontega sandwich, which I’ve had at different locations and always enjoyed if, but this particular instance it was not good. It was as if whoever made the sandwich just threw the ingredients together and they didn’t even bother to put much sauce on it. I did a take out order and I was just too tired to bring the food back.
