The iced mocha latte order stated 20 oz., but what I received, even with the lid, was less than 16 oz. The Asiago croissants were supposed to have honey cream cheese and walnuts spread on them, but I couldn’t spread it because they’re so thin—so thin you can’t open them to spread the cream cheese. This morning I ordered a strawberry frappé. The picture doesn’t show the amount, but the cup looks like it’s 16 oz., but to my surprise, it only contains between 8 and 12 oz., no more. After that bad experience this morning, I’ve been scammed again with this order: 6052716062320870.
Completely disappointed.

I ordered a sandwich to-go (my mistake) because when I opened it up, there was ONE half of a tomato, a small slice of mozzarella, and a few pieces of lettuce. I paid a lot of money for bread! If I’d ordered it to eat there, I would absolutely have said something to the kitchen staff. Absolutely disappointing!! I guess what can I expect from a chain restaurant that I assume only cares about their bottom line – not about feeding people adequately for what we pay for.

Got my food, I got two salads and a soup not important. But my salad had a small hair on the top of the onions. I went back to get it remade and maybe a refund. And I would like to say I work in a restaurant (Italian restaurant) and that’s what my mangers would do for the person even. If they had found a hair in there. Automatic refund on the food and a remake of it, if the person wants it. But instead the woman (she is a black woman with a shaved head) was short with me off the bat, seemed like she was more upset with me for come back to get it remade. Also side note I got no refund for the salad same price. This woman also was rude towards me when I was talking to a woman also waiting for her food. This woman in line asked me if I was waiting, told her I just waiting to return my food since I got a hair in it. But the employee did not like this she shut me down and told me not to tell people because this Panera is not that kind of place. But hey no shade to the kitchen staff because they look good but a lot of them seemed to have hair extensions, and as a extension girl myself I know that is a high possibility especially since there hair nets weren’t exactly set in place. Overall very poor front service (from this woman specifically). I’m sorry but for a food place in a hospital, please please please do better.

Ordered from their website. The sandwiches were sparse, mine was burnt and so crunch I thought I was going to break a tooth. I have Panera about every 4-5 weeks it’s always great, this time (different location) wasn’t, but I took the survey they emailed me and they were amazing and gave me a refund for the whole order. Which I was pretty shocked so customer service wise 5 stars. Everyone has an off day so I’m glad they fixed the problem.

Wish I could give them zero stars. The food wasn’t right and their attitudes were even worse. The service I got from the employees was just so mean. From the start they would talk down to me and talk to me like I was the one in the wrong. I just wanted them to remake my food because I know what it’s supposed to look like and burnt and barely any meat is not how it is supposed to look like, I’m sorry. The real problem with this place is the specific employee I had to talk to.

My drink was not filled adequately. I politely asked about it and got a terse and rude response. It was 95°F and he gave me no ice. I will struggle to come back to this location again.

Today at morning I went to buy a te same the others days but I find A person without customer service Carla Moody cannot work in that position where you need give the customer the quality of attention. She didn’t want to give me honey for my tea, and then when I told her that I would change to coffee, she didn’t change the cup and I asked her to do it and her told me to save it yourself. and when I asked for coffee because no have coffe on the front she taken more than 10 minutes to put it in front of me and my time to punch my work was expiring. This really is unfair and should not happen. I will be in charge of commenting on what happened with my colleagues. I have had the SIP club for almost a year and I recommend this service to everyone but after this I really don’t think I will do it. I hope you will take some action for this. you can contact me for any question. Thank

The food, as usual, was good. I remembered why I don’t go to Panera. I ordered a green goddess salad with no lettuce. I got “the look.” Why? If I specifically say no lettuce, I probably know I’m ordering a salad with no lettuce.
Another day, I ordered a strawberry smoothie and a strawberry & banana smoothie. Not only were they not labeled, but they were both strawberry.
On a different day, I ordered another green goddess salad with no lettuce. There was the tiniest sliver of avocado, one of the main reasons I ordered the salad.
I honestly am only continuing to order food there because it is inside the hospital where my daughter was.
I keep trying Panera because the food is good but have problems getting the simple orders correct, never mind the whole “no lettuce” thing.

This has got to be one of the worst Paneras in terms of issues I’ve encountered. I’ve gone probably 8 times since staying at the children’s hospital with my son. Here are a list of some of the issues. If you own this establishment do yourself a favor and test your staff by ordering a couple things to see for yourself.

1. First time ordering breakfast to go. Breakfast order was missing and breakfast had just ended so they couldn’t fufill my order.

2. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Walked back to hospital room to find cream cheese wasn’t in the bag.

3. Several orders missing things. No avocado, no chicken on Fuji apple “chicken” salad. No pastry given. Then I walk all the way back for the pastry to find it’s sold out.

4. Several orders missing drinks or wrong size drinks. Also the lemonade the other day was super watered down. Just today I was given regular drinks which cost less. Talked to the cashier and was informed no large drink lids. So were you planning on just charging the higher price for smaller drinks? Her recommendation was to flip the reg lids upside down if I wanted large. This was an ok solution but why are you out of lids and charging customers for the larger cup size?

Honestly the only reason this is probably still in business is because it’s in the main hospital. Please get it together people. The receipt says what’s included. If It says +avocado that means to add it.

I know to some of you this may seem harsh but I’ve given them multiple chances to get things right. I think out of eight orders maybe 2 of them didn’t have problems.

The app for me seemed to be less glitchy than the website.
