WONDERFUL staff. Genuinely some of the kindest bunches of people I’ve met in service industry. Honestly the food was delicious but the cinnamon rolls are with a hard glaze, not what I expected. Atmosphere was pretty nice although when we went, ICE was outside the strip mall, and its not necessarily Panera’s fault but it made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.

BEST PANERA ON PLANET EARTH!!!! This location deserves an award and ABSOLUTELY deserves your next visit for lunch! Clean, friendly staff, quick service and most of all, the BEST MANAGER I have ever encountered while enjoying food service. He was a true gentleman and took care of our large party (14 +guest) as though we were members of his own family. COME HERE, YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED

The people are generally nice here. But PLEASE STOP SKIMPING ON DRESSING!!!! Every time I order a salad and put extra dressing and this is what I get! This is not enough dressing and it leads me to have to go in and ask for more every time even though I put extra. This is half a container, a small container at that. This is not extra. I am writing this because it has been like this for months. Never used to have this problem. This is not even a regular container of dressing. Do better please!!! Fill your containers!

Ordered my food, told them several times no tomato. I ordered a bacon turkey cheese lettuce sandwich. I got my sandwich it was freezing cold and the bacon was freezing cold. And it had tomatoes on it.
Sent it back and they said we never heat up our bacon You have to ask, they made me a new sandwich, and the bacon was still cold. I ended up throwing it away It was gross.
The chicken noodle soup was very good though so I did eat that unfortunately I only got a cup because I got the half sandwich half soup.

Never interacted with a human being. There was no one at the counter, only an order screen which was easy enough to navigate by following the instructions. Last instruction was to get our self serve soft drinks while our order was being prepared. No one gave us cups. We had to reach behind the counter to get them. The food (soup and sandwiche) was good.

Every time I order here the online orders run behind whether it’s busy or dead inside. Many times the bag is just sitting open in the back waiting for someone to close it.
I stopped ordering avocado toast due to it being incredibly pricey and all I was getting was slices of avocado not even on the toast, it’s thrown in off the side most times and I have to put it back together.
I stopped ordering salads cause I ask for extra dressing and it’s either missing or they all have nothing in it. It looks like the container was given a layer of dressing to outline the plastic and no actual dressing inside.
Now the sandwiches are often tossed together and all over the place or missing ingredients and it takes so long to even get the food out that it’s not worth having to wait for someone to talk to to have them take even longer to fix it.
This place is probably one of the worst Panera spots I’ve been to. Do better.

I order Panera all the time and today when I was picking up an order yesterday my drink was missing. Not only did the manager come over right away and help me, another 2 employees were also exceptionally nice/ offered to help in the process. They remade my smoothie of course but it was the genuine kindness that I really appreciated.

i went in for bagels and the girl working the bakery was moving as slow as possible. she clearly wasn’t happy to be there. she kept throwing her hands up in the air getting frustrated. it took me 15 minutes to get some bagels when it was not busy at all. i will not be retiring to this location.

A very nice cashier although they were out of oatmeal cookie. The Asian salad was delicious and half sandwich 2 deal overpriced.
