They were nice there, I ordered a salad that had chicken on it and it literally came with one piece of chicken on it. I also ordered a smoothie and they said the blenders were washed for the night and couldn’t use them, there were still 40 minutes before they closed. Nice people, poor service and execution.

I had a Mediterranean sandwich which which was excellent. I order this sandwich on occasian and sometimes it isn’t up to par. Today, the sandwich was excellent, well made and was ready quickly. After I finished I went to where you pick up food as I was going to tip the person who made my sandwich. Well….I never gave a tip becuase the staff completely ignored me even after I asked one for help. All of the staff avoided making eye contact with me. Finally, I left in frustratuon and disappointment. I believe there was a manager present as I have interacted with her previously.

Wasn’t a fan of the food what so ever, service wasn’t so great neither, I asked the cashier about my GFS order and she gave me a huge attitude, all I asked was a simple question, if it was busy then I’d be like okay I get it, but it wasn’t busy at all. Food sucked, asked for a chicken noodle bread bowl, the bread was a solid rock, the noodles were cold since there wasn’t any chicken broth, tiniest pieces of chicken and once finished I tore apart the bowl thinking OHH Bread and Broth.. nope just some dry bread. – bathrooms were pretty gross too but let’s stop complaining an move on.

Awful experience. I will never come back here. I ordered off the kiosk and I have the unlimited sip club so I ordered 2 drinks bc we have 2 accounts and I guess one of them I ordered was medium drink by mistake and one large (i didn’t realize it) I grabbed 2 large cups and was walking by the counter and the girl behind the counter told me that I ordered a medium not large. I told her I have the sip club and made a mistake. She said no and said she has to take the large cup back lol. And she took it away from me rudely and gave me the medium cup. First off, what’s the big f deal when I can just eat inside and get unlimited refills, and second, that’s real sanitary. So the next person is touching the cup I had my hands all over. I don’t know her name but she was nasty rude and chubby. I will never go back to that one and I recommend not coming to this one.

Asked for tea – choose a tea bag and a large cup as I like weak tea. They were charging me for a large cup even though its the same tea bag ( one tea bag )- has Panera lost the blob, need a logic course? I can help with that… then out of principle I choose the smaller cup with the one tea bag. I then put the water in the cup; it was tepid/warm, not close to hot. So… Panera: tea requires boiling hot water. So I come back 10 mins later for my tea, and the water is hot and the new employee apologizes. However, I should have been refunded, but that was not her call.

First of all I just would like to say that this place is extremely understaffed and I could see from the get go they could use more employees. With that being said these guys absolutely killed it! They were extremely polite even through a completely rude customer that was wrong about her own order, they were quick with the ordering system then quick with the food window. I did not catch any names but the older woman working the front and older woman working the kitchen were both great employees! They greeted every guest with a smile and killed it under immense pressure!

Good service and food. Clean restaurant. It is weird using the self service ordering pad when an associate is standing at the register. I tried the Tuscan chicken sandwich and it was good. Bag of kettle cooked potato chips included. Food is pricey but it’s not McDonald’s. Outdoor seating available.
