The food here is absolutely amazing! Although I had an issue with my delivery and never received my food (which wasn’t Panera’s fault). The staff was absolutely amazing and remade everything and was super kind and professional! There was one girl in particular who was very kind and helpful, I just wish I got her name! But to all the staff thank you!

Super dissapointed. Over the years this has been our go-to Panera. We have stopped going out to eat as often, and haven’t been back for about 8 months. Tonight we had been looking forward to visiting again for dinner. Not only were they out of most of the menu, (basic things, like the sides of bread and apples) the portions have DRASTICALLY changed. The warm bowls and salads that I previously wasn’t able to finish, have been halved in size, and the price hiked. The tables were fairly dirty (Had a hard time finding one that didn’t have crumbs on the table or chairs) and the fountain drinks and lemonade tasted so strongly of chlorine the almost 4 dollar medium drinks we bought were un-drinkable. We dumped two of them. Again…. dissapointed. This location is not managed well. Perhaps Panera as a whole is going down in quality and rising in price? Anyway – we won’t be back any time soon. So much money for low quality food and service.

Really what you pay for here is the experience of a fireplace and wifi. Though, the fireplace is blocked by 2 tables, so there isn’t much to enjoy. The food is over priced. They have ordering kiosks right in front of registers, which makes zero sense. Cashiers have people using the kiosk WHILE they are also taking orders and it just give people no personal space. There were no pagers available. Kiosk does not make service faster. Lines don’t start at the door and work inward. The lines start inward, so you have to cut in front of people to get in line. Makes zero sense. Pickup orders are in the back of the store which also, makes zero sense. Again, you have to cut through the line to pickup an order. Food portions are small. During our visit, after a night rush, no one came around to clean tables, pick up full barrels, plates, bowls, or silverware. Silverware visibly dirty.

Today, I ordered a Broccoli Cheddar Soup Bread Bowl. When I brought the BB to my table and put my spoon in, there was literally 2 spoons full of soup. The bread bowl was super shallow. I took it to the lady named Andrea who seemed to be in charge. She put on full pushback with me. Saying it’s already proportioned for the soup. There was literally no soup. I’ve had these plenty of times and it wasn’t my first Bread Bowl. I would have been satisfied if she would have just provided a proportionate amount of soup to eat. She denied that option. I asked for my money back and she was happy to oblige. The level of customer service from this lady is a negative 2. Beware when she’s making the Bread bowls. Common sense customer service would be to not dismiss your customers concerns. I should have snapped a photo but didn’t think about it at the time because I was hoping for a better resolution. She’s losing money for Panera.

First time here. I like the way they manage social distancing. Clean and professional. Great food. Service was attentive and beyond expectation. The woman at the cashier with eyeglasses has a good memory especially with my special instructions. The other woman with blue top always has service minded no matter how busy this place was. The asian man who made my order was fast and clean. I’m so impressed. My baja bowl with (tasty) chicken and the iced coffee with honey made my day. Love that they have the outdoor tables and chairs!
