I never really went into Panera Bread before, but I was craving soup and decided to stop in. I ordered a cup of soup and it came with a beautiful, fresh baguette, such a nice combo. I also tried the hibiscus tea, which was amazing!

While I was there, I noticed Panera has some kind of unlimited subscription for tea and drinks. If you’re a tea drinker (which I might be now after having that hibiscus tea), it seems worth checking out. I also saw a few regulars come in to refill their cups, and the staff greeted them right away, they clearly recognize their daily customers.

Overall, great first experience and I’ll definitely be back.

I don’t know if it’s individual to this Panera or all of them, maybe they changed the portion? But my salad was underwhelming in my sandwich. Had two pieces of lunch meat on it. The salad ingredients seemed fresh, but we’re very minimal.

Can’t comment on the staff because I ordered at the kiosk and did not interact with anyone.

This individual store was pretty clean and there was plenty of seating to choose from. When we visited for lunch. All the tables were clean as well as the bathrooms.

We ordered food for delivery and I chose the Pick 2 option. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received was made very close to the edge of the bread, making it much smaller than usually with very less toppings.
In addition, we ordered two meals that each included a bag of chips. The receipt even had the chips checked off to confirm they were included, but both chips bags were missing from our order.
When I called the café to report the issue, I was told that I would need to come to the store within the next two days to pick them up. It does not make sense to drive back just to pick up two small bags of chips. This was very disappointing and felt like poor customer service.

This Panera Bread is one busy spot that’s for sure. I wouldn’t advise trying to get anything here without a minimum of 10 minutes. The employees are all friendly, outgoing. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The atmosphere is clean. The people around me are all enjoying themselves and their orders. I come here at least once a week, and I had a free bagel I had to collect, and the cinnamon crunch bagel with plain cream cheese toasted is my favorite. With a cafe latte. A solid spot for lunch or coffee

I’m not going to Panera for atmosphere. The cashier was a joy, so much so that I wanted to leave her a couple bucks. No cup and no option on the screen. The one time I wanted to tip at a counter! Waited fifteen minutes before I thought to investigate. Sitting in a bag down the far end of the shop was my lunch. Bummer, but whatever. Sandwich? Technically, we can call it a chicken avocado sandwich, but there couldn’t have been more than one decent bite of chicken (like if you picked it all off the sandwich and forked it in, one bite). Avocado same thing. Wanting. And for ~$20 for that and coffee and a bag of chips? Tough. Good idea, bad execution, frustrated labor. Miss it at this location, at least on Thursdays at lunch time

If I could give them zero stars I would. My family used to get food from here all the time, in fact my parents would get it everytime they went on long drives down south. Everything has gone down hill. After a bad experience awhile back, my mom and I decided to try it again and wanted to check out the new French dipper. Not only was there barely any meat on it, no aioli and the cheese wasn’t melty at all. I picked it up 2 MINUTES after it was supposed to be ready. Not only that, the dipper portion is a scam. It looked like 2 small tablespoons of soup, mis advertising and not worth the money. Neither thing looked anything CLOSE to the pictures. Such a disappointment. Panera sucks, and I know for a fact who produces the soups, and they taste like straight salt now. Will not be returning.

Really what you pay for here is the experience of a fireplace and wifi. Though, the fireplace is blocked by 2 tables, so there isn’t much to enjoy. The food is over priced. They have ordering kiosks right in front of registers, which makes zero sense. Cashiers have people using the kiosk WHILE they are also taking orders and it just give people no personal space. There were no pagers available. Kiosk does not make service faster. Lines don’t start at the door and work inward. The lines start inward, so you have to cut in front of people to get in line. Makes zero sense. Pickup orders are in the back of the store which also, makes zero sense. Again, you have to cut through the line to pickup an order. Food portions are small. During our visit, after a night rush, no one came around to clean tables, pick up full barrels, plates, bowls, or silverware. Silverware visibly dirty.

Another note, ordered a drink through kiosk and asked /PAID/ for extra caramel drizzle and was given extra caramel flavor “syrup” instead. There is a huge difference between a drizzle topping and a drink syrup. I corrected the employee and instead of remaking my drink, she just topped the drink off with caramel drizzle on the top. Meanwhile, my drink tasted like straight flavor, and not in a good way. For the price, I expect things to be made correctly as the kiosk is clear on “syrup” and “drizzle”. More training is needed to fix errors like this.

I called to place an order, I was put on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back and was told their system was down and you can only order. So drove 2 minutes to get there to find out their system is fine was able to order and pay without a problem. So in other words I was blown off on the phone and lied too. This is very bad customer service. Very disappointing.
