This is not the first time they messed up my order. But this time it’s even worse. I ordered chicken Baja bowl and all I got was a nasty looking bowl of rice with chicken and tomatoes. No avocado, no salsa verde, no nothing. Absolutely tasteless and rice is very very dry. This is impossible to eat. And I asked for extra salsa verde but they gave me none. I understand every restaurant is short handed but managers still need to train their employees. What I received was absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered soup online ahead of time. When the order was ready we went through the drive thru to pick up. A employee asked for our order, then no joke sat inline for 25 min with no one saying a word to us. And at that point the entire drive thru line started a horn beeping fight. How is it possible to be this bad. Especially for how expensive your soup is. I’m sure the rest of the drive thru would agree with me, definitely the ones who were still waiting after I received my order. End rant.

Mess order up almost everytime. When I called to tell them my 3 broccoli cheddar soups were chicken soup . This not first time this happens. They answered phone and said I will be right with you left me on hold for 22 minutes while I drove back to the restaurant. I hung up at that point. I even tried calling on my husband’s phone and kept being put through to answering machine. After telling somebody about mistake they barely cared and asked what do you want me to dump out the soup you got. When he finally when back to get my soups, he actually asked again what kind of soup was it. Are they even serious that they forgot again. I should get a refund for having to come 2 times to pick up $10 overpriced soup. I have even gotten spoiled meat on my sons sandwich before. They always mess up. Avoid this location at all costs. When I went in there it was not that busy 1 customer at register 3 cars in line outside and many workers so they should be able to handle it.

I liked this location but my last 3 orders have not been good. New staff is poorly trained and moves extremely slow. The amount of errors on my orders have increased. The iced coffee used to be good now its just watery and gross. Today my salad was bad. I ended up having to throw out half of it because fully rotten pieces spoiled the taste. Very dissatisfied! I tried to call and notify a manager about the rotten lettuce so no one gets sick but no one answers the phone and there’s no contact email for this location. Truly disappointed. I’m done with this location!

Shout out to the broccoli cheddar soup, can always count on that hitting right, but I know that comes in a bag so – shout out to the bag! This one star review goes out to whomever was responsible for making my salad the other day, you did me so wrong. I ordered myself the pick 2 with a half Asian Sesame Ginger Chicken Salad (if you haven’t had it, try it – maybe a different location though) See I always order this the same way… extra dressing, no cilantro… I wasn’t surprised to see only 1 dressing (even though I paid for the extra) but I was surprised to see romaine, croutons, wontons, almonds, chicken and no edamame… But at first I wasn’t going to sweat it, I’m at work, hungry and desperate.. so I just shook up the dressing and took a bite.. IT WAS CAESAR DRESSING. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SESAME GINGER. INSTANTLY YACKED. PANERA EVERYWHERE. WHAT IF I HAD AN ALLERGY?! So, whomever made that salad, you sincerely suck at making salads and should stick to the soup.
