We walked in and ordered a birthday treat on the kiosk. We stood around, waiting, before approaching the register. The cashier was transactional without any other interaction. None of the employees spoke to any of the guests. The restaurant also smelled of burnt food. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning myself.

One of the worst paneras when it comes to customer service. I place an online order and they forgot a bread bowl. I called them explained to them and Nora told me to comeback and they would redo my whole order, (makes sense why sould my soups be cold cause I have to drive back) I bring them the old food but they only give me a bread bowl. 2 cold sandwhiches and 2 cold soups. One sandwhich was a half as well which was wrong. This Panera is bad and management should do some retraining. Just pathetic how rude there employees are allowed to be.

***Go to Seekonk, MA – the staff and manager are so nice there**. I visited on December 21, 2025 for the first time and asked for an extra Caesar dressing for my salad. A woman behind the counter in a green shirt, did not respond verbally, grimaced at me, and slid the dressing toward me in a very aggressive manner. The interaction was abrupt, unprovoked, and uncomfortable, leaving me confused as to whether I had done something wrong.
About an hour later, I could clearly hear the same employee who is a “manager” loudly yelling on the phone with a customer. She was yelling, “I don’t care—call corporate” and “Is that it? And? And? Are you done?” Immediately afterward, the “manager” returned back behind the open service window and began shouting about hating her job, not wanting to be a manager, and saying that she is only 20 years and this is too much. She also screamed that she does not care if corporate is contacted, and she isn’t racist. This outburst was accompanied by visible agitation, including gesturing, and was clearly audible to multiple guests in the dining area waiting at the window and seated nearby. She is a liability.

Placed an order or Bacon Mac and cheese and this is the amount of bacon they gave me. No utensils as I requested. I called before to make sure they put the smoothie twice on the blender, and they didn’t do it.

I had the opposite experience that most reviewers had on here. Went on a Friday for lunch and service was pleasant and prompt to interact with. I didn’t have to wait too long to get my food. However, they did give me the wrong sandwich and didn’t ask what option I wanted for the side. I was more disappointed with the lack of protein in any of the dishes that my friend and I got. I wasn’t satisfied with the portion sizes of their new menu. This is really a “come hungry and leave hungry” experience for me.

I was so disappointed in this Panera location yesterday! I went to the drive thru and it was clearly a mistake. Got the U pick 2 creamy tomato soup and a chicken avo blt and it was the worst excuse for a sandwich I have ever seen in my life. NO bacon, one teeny slice of avo and about 4 tiny chunks of chicken that was falling out of the sandwich, too much mayo and 2 slices of thick cold cheese on sourdough. I picked out the few chunks of chicken and ate the soup out of desperation but it was thin and pretty flavorless. It wasn’t an inexpensive lunch but next time I will be sure to get out of the car and walk into the nearby whole foods market instead for a better quality meal that is full of flavor! I paid the price for convenience in this case and won’t do that again! I also don’t know that I will ever visit a panera again as their sandwiches rarely have much meat or protein in them…not the best option!

Wasted 25 minutes of a 45 minute lunch waiting only for them to screw up the order. Clearly stated no avocado on the receipt but when I get back to work it’s loaded with avocado. Complete morons that work there and obviously cannot read. Not sure why they have the nitwit standing at the to go counter , it’s not like he does quality control. He just touches everyone’s lunch for absolutely no reason.

I went to the drive-thru this morning & I am just so disappointed. It was over $10 for a bagel w/ cream cheese & an iced tea & when I opened the bag, they had not even put on the cream cheese. I obviously can’t spread ice cold cream cheese while I am driving so it had to wait until I arrived at my destination- at which time its totally cold & stale and useless to me. It’s just an unfortunate waste of time and money that I will not be repeating.
