A great and friendly staff! A refreshing feeling to find pleasant folks first thing in the morning. The manager here is excellent. The food and coffee were fresh and amazing as well! Was never a Panera fan until I came here and the kind welcoming employees and the prompt service have changed my opinion. Thanks for all your hard work Panera Team!!!

Sip club is a good deal. They email me some decent specials and the 2 dollar pastry comes up a bit. It’s a nice place to spend 40 minutes with my wife. Sip club makes it feel free and it feels like a bit of a date. Good way to get out. We don’t go when it’s busy.

Well first they were out of stock with tomatoes & come on a sandwich place with no tomatoes. I still ordered bc I wanted to sit & work- but I had to pack up & leave because the smell in the entire establishment is foul- smells like homeless people, like basement, or like someone is smoked a whole bunch of cigarettes. They need to wash their rugs & furniture. No one should have to sit & eat there.

Had new chili ,not good ,had a weird underlining taste to it ,neather me or friend eat it , decided to have a sandwich ,chicken ciabatta, half sandwich did not look like half sandwich see pics ,took long time to get sandwiches ,almost lost seats waiting,friends chili which he did not eat ,I ate some of mine ,also took bite of sandwich before I took pic. All in all we will not be going back.

Used to be a great spot my family and I would eat at, but the prices are insanely high and the general atmosphere is really poor. Seats are dirty, food portions are pretty small, and the menu variety is surprisingly lacking compared to what it used to be. Also, for some reason they were out of a ton of important ingredients, like everything a Caesar salad needs and different types of bread. Hopefully these things are looked at soon so this place can go back to being a lively and enjoyable spot to have lunch and dinner.

Panera Bread On Bald Hill Rd. Warwick. Just let me state this is my first time there upon entering the building it was very clean inside a lot of choices to choose from on the menu by no means is it an expensive very expensive for my first experience there I ordered a soup and a half a sandwich and a drink and there is another person with me and they had to order the same and it was like $32 but it was really tasty the soup was hearty the sandwich was delicious.

We like Panera but this location on Bald Hill Rd has a young woman with glasses and brown hair in the morning at the register who puts her fingers inside/on top of the paper cup when she gives it to you. She handles cash so it’s gross and I’m sure the RI Board of Health wouldn’t approve.
Also, the carpets are disgustingly dirty. Parts are black with dirt. With the prices they charge, one would assume they could clean them or if they’re too old, replace them!

Typical Panera Bread. The food came out relatively quickly and is consistent with other Panera bread’s. When I came to the counter there were no employees just self service kiosks.
