Well, reality hit me the moment I opened the package. Instead of a golden, flaky masterpiece, I was greeted by what could only be described as a distant cousin of a croissant—a sad, deflated pastry that looked like it had just survived a rough journey across the Atlantic.
Sure, maybe it was made with love, but it seems like it was also made with a good dose of creative interpretation. If you’re looking for an adventure, just compare the picture-perfect croissant on their menu with the surprise waiting inside the bag. It’s a lesson in expectation versus reality, and a reminder that love, apparently, comes in all shapes and sizes!

Was greeted by a arrogant inpatient blonde with fake eyelashes. She spoke very soft and I asked her to repeat a couple times what she said. She would almost let out a sigh of disgust, and then repeat what she said to me. Ordered two Cobb salads and asked for no bacon on one, broccoli cheddar soup and Diet Pepsi. $34 dollars proceeded with eating salad which had a lot of brown and fruit flies. The gentleman who served us was nice. Spoke to manager she said she would pull up order but was unnecessary but right as that was said the young blond piped in and says you didn’t order the Cobb you ordered the ranch! One thing about me…..the only ranch I eat is on carrots and Doritos. Terrible establishment. Do better!

Myself and my two toddlers all got food poisoning from their turkey sandwich over the weekend. All that was on it was bread, turkey and cheese so assuming it was the meat. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness of the tables (when there was maybe 5 other people in the place eating).

Rip-off!!! French Dippers had no sauce. They skipped on that. Cup of French Onion soup was not a cup! Was quarter of a cup! Seriously, this is their version of a cup of soup! I know times are tough, but what the heck is this?! Pissed me off so much because I wasted over $44 for food that was not prepared as described & they don’t have enough inventory to fill a whole cup! 25% of a cup is all they had but still charged me full price?! Seriously?! I will NEVER order from this rip-off place again!

The first time I ever entered Panera was last year and ended up with the waitress who spoke so soft and you couldn’t understand her(she was the one with the over the top false eyelashes), when I asked her to repeat it she still spoke in the same soft voice but with attitude! I decided to try again this year and ordered take out. I was waiting for my food and when I asked and said my name, they said the tray that was on the counter was mine. I said, I have take out. After they gave me my bag, I decided to go over to the coffee area to open the bag and see if I got everything since it was heavy for just 1/2 soup w/1/2 Sandwich. When I opened the bag it had enough for 2 people & also the bread was sitting on top. I brought it back and said it wasn’t mine which now I had to wait for mine. Not only that they took what was ever in the bag (in front of me) and put it back on a tray for whoever it was for, what got me was that I could have touched that bread and they went ahead and served it anyway. Today I ordered and when I got there the man asked if I was waiting for anything and I said, “yes, my take out order”. He looked around and found my order and gave it to me. I asked, how long was it sitting there (since I was actually early by a few minutes to pick it up) he said they just finished. I am only, not even 5 minutes from your store and when I opened the soup it was luke warm, not hot as I experienced in the past and one slice of the sandwich felt ice cold, the other side was sitting on my soup so it got a chance to warm up. Also, I customized my order and did not want mixed greens, just regular lettuce they offer and I did not get that. Their mixed greens have arugula in it and I choke on
arugula. I noticed the sticker that shows the list of what, (I would think), that they check off for the order and there wasn’t anything checked off. Also I went there well after lunch time 1:50pm and there was hardly anyone there so they certainly wasn’t during the lunch rush.
I will give them another chance.

I had the nicest server today at Panera (long blonde hair baddie with pretty eyelashes) she was just the sweetest and very very well spoken. right after i got done with my food i walked outside when out of no where this huge semi truck came full speed into me leaving me unable to move BUT luckily that blond baddie came running out of the store scooped me onto her back and ran me all the way to the hospital saving my life. This girl is by far the best worker there!
