Very slow service they had 6 orders in the window and there was only one staff member preparing food the others all talking and not working. They had piles of dishes at both stations and no one working on cleaning them. Which is sad because my family and I frequently come here for a quick lunch or dinner.

This location gives tiny portions that do not match the photos on the website and ordering kiosk. When I asked if the portion was correct I was told, “Yup, it’s pre-portioned.” I mentioned the photos show much more food and she just looked at me.

this place is terrible never going back again. Service was the worst ive ever seen, waitress were mean and grumpy, food took forever to come out when we were the only people there at the time, when we ended up getting are food they got my order wrong so when I asked to get a new plate and to get the order right the waitress got angry amd started to give attitude then proceeds to tell me that id have to pay again due to the fact that they have already cooked and prepared the food. I was denying paying again because i specificly told them eactly what I wanted and it wasnt anything complicated for them to mess it up. like i said I do not recommend coming here and getting the food if your looking for good service.

Went there for lunch with my partner last week. Waited for 10 minutes before anyone even served us. The food was not hot, especially the soup. The sandwich was messy, like it was just slopped on. The bathroom was dirty and looked like nobody cleans it. Would have been better off going somewhere else. Not recommended.

It was very upsetting I had taken my girlfriend out to eat here for lunch. We ordered and sat down. She had noticed her order was wrong and waited for a while to speak to someone, as soon as an employee came to help, she described what was wrong with the food. The employee then started to get angry and said that she can buy it again if she really didn’t like it. The problem was it wasn’t ours. So we asked for a manager the employee said her name was Maddie she was the manager, so we asked as to why we needed pay again for something we ordered but did not receive and she would tell us directly why and got even angrier at us so we had just left disappointed in the experience. I wouldn’t dine here again.

This panera bread in Atlleboro is terrible never go back again the waitress talk like sleeping at same time or she is lazy actin don’t understand what i was saying that’s sounds lazy i understand she is a heavy set person actually it was 2 the other one had this stupid green hair color on her hair very grumpy disrespectful if you are a supervisor to keep or position be more respectful watch your manners at least use hair restraint for food service hair is a physical that can fall into food i did walk in to order a soup and a sandwich they are always saying they are bread it like that we dont have bread that sounds lazy and the place always dirty you walk in they are always in back talking even notice they have customers waiting in front desk I asked for a bowl of soup the bowl was dirty i do not recommend coming here and getting the food if your looking for a good service

I really like Panera. Today I had the tuna on focaccia bread with tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Of course I had chips and a chocolate chip cookie along with coffee. I’m never disappointed and they frequently add new items to their menu. Also, they will let you customize your sandwich with your choice of bread and toppings.

The broccoli cheddar soup is a must! The chipotle chicken sandwich was not very good, as the chicken was rubbery, however the manager was super understanding and refunded me the money for it.

I went into Panera today with my friend, and the worker with the two toned hair was staring at us so it gave us some hesitation on whether to go to the register or kiosk because we normally would use the kiosk. Before we could even have the time to think, the worker said “are you going to come here or not?” in such a rude tone. With the tone, I almost thought it was someone my friend was friends with (banter commonly used between friends) but no, she is not friends with this person so I was taken aback by the service given to us. This situation left both my friend and I confused as to why they would act this way. Regardless of personal feelings, it should not be displayed in a workplace towards customers. Hopefully something is done about this.

I came here a few days ago with my family for a weekend brunch, they took ridiculously long to serve me and my family. When we got the food, we were missing some of it, there was hair in our soup and our bread was squished like someone manhandled it. The workers were very passive aggressive and seemed like they hated their jobs and took it out on me and my children. I would NOT recommend this location, when I asked for a refund they said that they can’t because we can’t prove it’s their hand marks or hair in our food. 0/10 do NOT come to this location if you want Panera.
