Me and a few friends including two females were being stared at in a creepy manner by two high school aged males, and upon reporting it to I presume the manager, he simply asked if they were done with their food. They proceeded to continue to stare at us through the window from outside in the same creepy manner, following us as we left, and one even had an issue going on in his pants, which I will not mention on here. When an issue like that happens, those two should have been made to leave the restaurant. I love Panera bread and their food, and their staff are usually wonderful, but now I feel I cannot go to this location, especially with female guests. I was incredibly disappointed and frankly angered by the inaction by the employee that responded to the issue. While nothing necessarily illegal happened, we should be able to eat our food in peace without harrassment

Food is good but i came in with my legitimate Service Dog and the teenager at the counter was incredibly cold, rude and abrasive. her name was lilli (or something like that?) i’ve never had an issue before. but geez guys train your employees not to be a-holes.

I was hosting a breakfast meeting and forgot to order… woke up at 5:30AM, placed online order for 6:30 pickup. Manager told me that an item was not available, she told me that the computer didn’t take it out of inventory until she tried to fill order. She asked if she could give me a bunch of items to replace it and gave me chocolate chip cookies for my inconvenience. No inconvenience at all and Thank you for having an alternative ready for me and your more than generous offer and excellent customer service! Most days I’m a local Mom & Pop customer but Panera will always be in the rotation as long as they treat folks like how I was treated today.

The food is delicious! The menu does have creative specialties like their grilled mac and cheese sandwich. It was scrumptious! Yesterday, I tried their new Thai Chicken Soup, and it was very good! The soup is mildly spicy because they put curry in it. The employees are very friendly and helpful!

You can never go wrong with Panera. The food here is great, and the prices are good. Generous portions, and very friendly staff. I come here often with my boyfriend for breakfast. He also loves it here. I always order the oatmeal.

Ordered online- drove to Panera 30 minutes, received meal and drove home to find out the order was completely wrong. I tried numerous times to contact Panera the night of the order and nobody answered phone, the next day also. I had to drive there and explain wrong meal charged for, they only credited sandwich order and did not offer relief for wrong order or not answering phone and travel time back and forth twice. Very poor response and service
