I’ve seen snails run faster than they work. Everyone is moving in slow motion with 11 orders waiting to be made. Either put more people on or move faster bc I won’t come here again. It’s 3pm on a Saturday it shouldn’t take 30 min to make an ONLINE ORDER

We stop here a good amount while we are shopping in Colony Place. It is a quick, fast and easy stop for food and a place to sit. They have computers if you want to order on your own, or just go to the counter for a staff member.
If you need some food or shelter in a pinch, Panera is a great option.

Just got takeout tonight. Ordered two bowels of soup and a sandwich, got home to find one bowel of soup in the bag. Food was fine, just wish they’d gotten the order right. Not going back out in the cold for a bowel soup.

I knew with perseverance I would be able to find a Panera that had breakfast items available after 11am. And this Panera did!!
The service was great, food prepared promptly and fresh. Its evident prices have increased everywhere: $44.39 for two oatmeals, 1 breakfast sandwich, 1 bagel and cream cheese and 3 OJ’s. All were great tasting though.

The food is delicious! The menu does have creative specialties like their grilled mac and cheese sandwich. It was scrumptious! Yesterday, I tried their new Thai Chicken Soup, and it was very good! The soup is mildly spicy because they put curry in it. The employees are very friendly and helpful!

Food is good, if you order right actually delicious but prices keep rising to basically unreasonable for 18, I got basically a small corner of a sandwich and a warm not hot cup of soup and a fountain drink. I also felt like I caught some attitude from almost all the staff with a couple odd comments. However I still give 5 stars for food quality but the soup should be hot , and I guess I remember the sandwiches being bigger – yes even the half sandwiches. Hmmm,…. also some of the staff really are invested in and make you feel welcome. Over all good.

You can never go wrong with Panera. The food here is great, and the prices are good. Generous portions, and very friendly staff. I come here often with my boyfriend for breakfast. He also loves it here. I always order the oatmeal.

Very friendly and great service. Manager is a little bit of a stiff shirt.. Stating rules that are not posted at either door. The patio feature is amazing and gives you to experience Panera without being confined indoors.
