One of the good Paneras in terms of seating and design. However, the service is on the opposite end of the spectrum. Food is bland. Coffee is always cold. They put a sign (see the photo) that they will brew fresh if they ran out but they refuse to do so when you ask. I had to return my coffee cup because they did not brew what I ordered.

Decided to try this Panera location in Everett after a long afternoon shopping throughout the shopping center this Panera is located. The staff was very friendly and our order was prepared as requested. It’s your typical Panera so overall no complaints. Our food tasted fresh and we didn’t have an issue with the temperature of our order.
Overall this is a good Panera location so we will keep this place in mind next time we need to grab a quick bite after we finish shopping.

I ordered a large catering order last minute for an executive lunch. It was flawless! Delivered on time, everything there, and she offered to set it up for me.

Check your food before you leave if you’re getting take out. This was the worst order I’ve ever received from Panera in my life. The kitchen staff in this location are cowboys. Panera corporate put it right, and compo’d me for this mess, but it doesn’t take away from the fact that I still wanted a decent meal. This location should be shut down, it’s an embarrassment. Literally, go to ANY other panera in Boston. For reference, this is what it should’ve looked like, with extra onion and this is what I received. The mac and cheese was dry too, like they forgot the sauce.

This is the worst Panera Bread. Multiple times came here to get orders basically a salad and soup. The cashiers and manager. One of the managers yelled at me because she didn’t know how to get the order right and complained that according to her my girlfriend and I are deemed as troublemakers because we want to order the way we want it. I spoke to the other manager Henry and he took care of it but I also went to corporate and father complaint also. This is not the first time this has happened and according to the manager over there he said the other manager has been like this all this week. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Even take into account she was having a bad day this was very rude and unprofessional and unsatisfactory

I came here to do some work on a computer. Some guy came in and was talking on his cell phone so loudly I couldn’t think. I tried to move to the back of the cafe, but the guy was so loud you could hear him in the back.
The music, to be fair, was also loud, and I had just been about to ask the staff to turn it down.
Someone came out to sweep the cafe area, and she said something to the guy (I thought she told him to quiet down), and he said “I’m sorry,” and then just continued.
Finally I glared at him and moved outside in the rain to finish my zoom call in my car. I watched and waited. I don’t even think he bought anything. At one point he stood up and just looked outside still talking loudly on his phone. He talked on the phone for like 15 min and then just left.
Employees should not allow people to just loudly talk on cell phones in a cafe. I’m a sip club member because I come to Panera’s to work, and I have never been to one where this has happened. It made me sad.
Employees here are super friendly and the location is nice so don’t want to give. A bad review. Just wanted to draw attention to this issue, and awareness in case similiar issues arise.
