Extremely dirty and employees aren’t nice at all. Ordered our items and then wanted to use the bathroom before leaving and it was an act of Congress to go use the bathroom. They have it blocked off and you are heavily questioned about purchasing a meal before being able to use the bathroom. I understand it’s Boston but come on…we freshen Paneras and this just isn’t it.

A good Panera. I had a Green Goddess Cobb salad with chicken and a soup. The order was quick to prepare. The restaurant had a good crowd but no delays ordering or getting food. All in all a good experience!

A quick and reliable meal. More cost effective eating out option if you want something kind of healthy and are with someone who can eat a lot. I ate the Baja with chicken, taste was slightly off to me, but still fine. Register person friendly, pretty busy location on a weekend. Some groups and a few people working.

BE prepared for sticker shock on the pricing, though since it’s located in the heart of Boston’s entertainment center and adjacent to the Common, it’s likely average there. Decent place if you’re in a hurry and want something quick. Just don’t expect too much.

Good Panera bread experience recently. Have been to this panera bread a few times in the past and have to say that the food is good. Really enjoy the promotion that lets you come in to have drink refills. Something like 8 bucks a month. Sounds like a cool deal if you are into that.

Tasty cinnamon roll, but poorly cut. It seemed to be missing a piece. The tomato soup was okay but the sprouted grain roll I got with it was super flat and dry, not the quality I expected from Panera. The soup croutons are often forgotten here unless you specifically request them. There is definitely room for improvements.
